"I stayed in Room 7, which was a split-level room. Upon entering, there was a small living room. To the left, a door led to the rooftop via stairs, and to the right was the bathroom. Down three steps was the bedroom itself.
Regarding the room type, the pros were: the room was very spacious, the bathroom was large, and the balcony was huge – perfect for drying clothes. It was also closer to the Dragging Tail Beach, offering a prime ocean view, and the minibar was complimentary.
The cons were: The shower only had a rainfall head, with no handheld option. (Though, after four nights, I didn't find this to be a major issue.) The toilet flush wasn't very powerful. The sofa was broken, with all three backrests unable to stay upright. The hairdryer wasn't wall-mounted, and I found an enormous cockroach in the bamboo basket where it was stored – thankfully, I managed to kill it.

"The hotel is actually good, and the overall feeling is comfortable. But can the quilt on the bed be replaced with a blanket? It's not comfortable. The island is probably similar to what others have said. There are few air conditioners. There is no air conditioner in this room, but there is a fan. The fan is not very noisy, which is acceptable. Overall, it is convenient. Bathing water is very convenient."

"An unexpected surprise! The room was great, with the pool right outside the window. The water was very clean and the view was excellent; you could see a beautiful sea view from the pool.
The resort's location is super convenient, right along Pattaya Beach and very close to Walking Street, which is a big plus. The front desk staff were also very friendly."

"Fantastic location, exellent servics,staffs are polite and helpful. They provide transfer service which is very convenience.
The room is basic but sufficient, comfortable bed, but if you want a new towels, you may have to ask.
Breakfast is also tasty. We had a good time in Chareena beachside.

"First of all, the hotel itself is nice and close to the water with a nice view, this can be definitely recommended.
But there are a couple of things that are not good. 1. A generator is running around the clock close to the entrance which vibrates through the ground. Earplugs were necessary to sleep. 2. The bar with awesome view closes 8pm already. 3. Lack of space for breakfast, you need to wait and come back until a table is free 4. E.g. Omelette is not possible to be served with vegetables at all, just egg and cheese in it, thats it. Milk, Salt, etc. needed to be refilled by actively engaging with the staff 5. The location is really far away from everything, but this is not serious as it can be considered. One night is okay, but there is not more around to be seen. Sunrise or Pattaya Beach has mu g more to offer."

"This is my second consecutive year staying at this hotel. Booking a sea view room this time made the experience even better. Our room was conveniently located to the right of the lawn, just a 30-meter walk from the restaurant, which offered direct sea views. The rooms here are incredibly spacious and comfortable; I'll definitely book a full week on my next visit! Breakfast was pretty good, with freshly made noodle soup that was very satisfying. During the off-season, they even offer a 10% dining discount voucher. We could bring our fresh catch back from fishing directly to the restaurant to be cooked for 300 Baht per kilogram. It's a decent price; even though it's 50 Baht more expensive than the walking street, I personally feel Benhard Restaurant offers a much better and cleaner environment."

"El Lipe Beach Resort is, overall, very good. It's a cabin just steps from the beach, and while the interior is a bit dated and could use some maintenance, it's spacious, pleasant, and comfortable. I even had a small porch to sit on. The bed is relatively comfortable, and the shower only has lukewarm water – there's no heater to adjust the temperature. The breakfast is fantastic; you have everything you need to go back for more (fruit, muesli cups, coffee, juices, and then you order from the menu options). The staff are incredibly kind and friendly.
The beach is a joy when the tide is high/medium. I definitely would have stayed longer for some relaxing downtime, and I'd come back again."

"The room was simple and quiet, though clothes drying outside the window kept getting blown off. The price was quite cheap for the island, and breakfast was plentiful. Younger children didn't need to pay extra for breakfast coupons, and there were plenty of seats. The hotel is right next to Sunset Beach, about a hundred meters from the pier, and close to the walking street, so the location is excellent. Check-in starts at 3 PM, and there's a 1000 baht deposit. You can start enjoying yourself right away, as there's a slide pool that the kids absolutely loved. Overall, it's a very good value-for-money hotel on the island."

"Loved it! 🥰🥰🥰 This stay completely exceeded my expectations. Each room is a small, standalone bungalow, and the hotel's beach is absolutely beautiful. The staff provides shuttle service to and from the pier. 🥰🥰 The rooms are very clean, and it's a short walk along the beach to both the pier and the walking street. For places further out, the staff will help you call a tuk-tuk. There are almost no downsides. I honestly didn't have high hopes before arriving, so I was completely surprised that a 500-yuan hotel could be this good! The only issue is that the service attitude isn't great, and the front desk staff seemed to judge people. "

"Booked a king-size bed room. With a child, an extra bed was a must, costing 1500 baht for the older child. The room was quite spacious, and the bathroom was large, though the amenities were just average. The hot water temperature was a bit unstable. It's right by the beach, so you can watch the sunrise. The swimming pool is also nice. Breakfast was decent, and there's a shuttle service to and from the pier. Overall, I'd give it a 4.5 out of 5."

Amazing
Everything was perfect. It was very difficult to go back to work after we enjoyed this beautiful vacation at 10 moons lipe resort. We are missing the watermelon coconut juice, the pancakes, the beach and the amazing hospitality from the staff. We hope we can come back soon!

Beautiful boutique resort on the south end of Sunrise Beach. Room is beautiful, comfortable and the view is gorgeous. Breakfast is delicious and served in room but it does get a bit repetitive after a few days. View is amazing, but take note that the balcony is right facing sunrise so the sun is in your face in the morning, we couldn’t have breakfast on the balcony because of the heat. The beach is I think the best on the island. Beware hotel is on a cliff sooo some stairs to get to room and beach, would not recommend for small kids.

Everything was okay and arrangement was in order. Only minor hiccup is that my room bathroom water discharges opening was clogged and subsequently I changed to another room but this time the room Aircon was not functioning properly and room was stuffy. I later changed back to the previous room. Some time was wasted there. Staff was polite and everyday provided 2 free bottle of mineral water. Lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant was at the discounted rate. They also provided free transportation from jetty to the hotel and vice Versa. Breakfast is FOC and guest can order everything from their breakfast menu.

They really fulfill my request by allocating my room beside the walkway, which you able to see partial seaview. And the hotel staff here are super friendly. Especially Aon and Hna from the pool bar and restaurant. They make friend with us, make us feel more welcomed. Aon make a really good cocktails. I like the blue long island tea and bird of paradise. Overall the room is super clean and comfy. Is just 3min walks to the beach and restaurant. The breakfast is super nice, and you can get ice cream too. The hotel should give the 2 staff a good thumbs up and rewards by making hotel guest stay happily.

This is my third visit to Lipe Island, and it has been the most wonderful stay so far. The front desk staff were truly amazing—always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with anything needed. The views from our accommodation were simply breathtaking, arguably the best on the island. What made the experience even more special were the warm and welcoming people here, along with the delicious breakfast served each morning. A perfect getaway in every way! 11/10
