"The guest house located at old town, 20 mins to train station. The guest does not provide kettle, cup & tea in the room but they do have self service kitchen. The owner is easy to communicate. He has provide us a map. Most of attractions are walkable. Registan Square is abt 1km away. Art Cafe & Cafe Bobur are worth to visit."

"First, room cleanliness: Generally okay, but the details were lacking. There was dust (visible dust flew up when opening and closing the cabinet doors), four or five short hairs on the bed, and two hairs and dust on the nightstand 😥 I considered changing rooms but was too tired to bother. Facilities: Both shower heads were difficult to use, and the drainage was also an issue. After I reported it to the front desk on the first morning, they said they would fix it, but it was still the same when I showered on the second night 😓 Breakfast: Mediocre. The selection was so limited that I thought some areas hadn't even opened yet 😢"

"I chose this hotel based on reviews, even though some were negative, but the hotel didn't disappoint our family! The hotel's location is excellent for sightseeing! There are parks, squares, plenty of shops if you need to pick up a few things, and many cafes and restaurants to suit every taste and budget nearby! The breakfasts are excellent, with vegetables, porridges, and desserts! Everything is clean and tidy. The administrator, a pleasant young woman, greeted us and sent us off with a smile."

"Excellent location, generous service, and authentic charm near Registan. We stayed at Shahram Plus SH for one night, with a short extension, and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent. It is in a quiet local neighborhood, just a short walking distance from Registan Square, the mausoleums, and the nearby bazaar. It feels peaceful and authentic while still being very convenient for sightseeing. The courtyard is beautiful and traditional, with a charming and authentic design that reflects the local culture. Our room was very large and spacious, easily accommodating three guests. It was beautifully decorated, well heated, and also equipped with air conditioning. There were plenty of outlets for charging devices, which is always appreciated while traveling. The bathroom was spacious and included a large bathtub and a western-style toilet. Free drinking water is available in the basement kitchen area, though guests need to bring their own bottles or cups. One thing we especially appreciated was the generosity of the staff. We explained that we had booked a night train departing after midnight and asked if a later check-out would be possible. They kindly offered us a much later check-out so we could relax and freshen up before heading to the station. We truly appreciated this flexibility. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly throughout our stay and treated us like part of their family. Breakfast was also very good. The dishes were local, freshly made, filling, and delicious. A couple small notes for future guests: the toilet paper may not meet Western European standards, so you may wish to be prepared. Also, the beds are quite firm. If you are a side sleeper, the firmness may take some adjustment. Aside from these minor points, the rest of our stay was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel for its location, authentic atmosphere, and the incredible service from the entire staff."

"This hotel is a gem! The location is perfect for sightseeing, as most major landmarks are within an easy walking distance. The atmosphere is lovely, especially in the warmer seasons. The breakfast was satisfying, and we felt truly looked after by the attentive team. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Samarkand and suggest others do the same!"

"We stayed at this hotel for a few days as a couple and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is new, modern, and comfortable. Although it’s located a bit outside the city center (around 15 minutes by taxi, costing about 30,000 UZS), the area around it is quite charming – a newly developed park zone with music fountains, restaurants, photo spots, a water park, and canals. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was varied and enjoyable. Overall, a nice and comfortable place to stay."

"A clean, beautiful hotel. The location is fine, quiet despite being next to a small mosque. I had a room on the -1st floor, facing the courtyard. The WiFi worked well, the TV had Russian channels, and the room had bottled water, a kettle, and green tea. There's also air conditioning. The Registan, Bibi-Khanum Mosque, and Siab Bazaar are a leisurely 10-minute walk away. The staff was friendly and helped me order a taxi. Breakfast was served on the upstairs terrace. The view must have been beautiful, but I had an early morning train and asked for a lunchbox. They packed a fairly filling breakfast with a sandwich, yogurt, fruit, and water."

"We recently stayed at this hotel and I can't help but share my impressions! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warmth and smiles. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Not only did they check us in quickly, but they were also happy to answer all our questions, especially Dildora, who helped us choose excursions and places for dinner. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay even more comfortable. The rooms at the hotel are spacious and cozy, and the views from the balcony are simply mesmerizing. We enjoyed every moment spent here. Thanks to all the staff, especially the reception team, for their impeccable service and care. You made our holiday truly special! "Nice hotel with good Ambiance and facilities. Special thanks to Sharofat at the reception who helped us booking a city tour and was very helpful even during her leave. It had 24x7 bar and restaurant with good food. Would strongly recommend this hotel to all kind of tourists."
