The hotel itself is quite lovely and stylish, very hip boutique vibe.
The location is a bit of a walk to the old town, half an hour maybe, but its along the lovely beach so we enjoyed it. Nice view on to the square.
Would have liked for there to have been some tea and coffee making facilities in the room
One thing we strongly disliked was the fact that the toilet and shower were only separated from the room by translucent plastic walls. Even though I was with a close friend the transparency and complete lack of sound proofing on the toilet was not something I enjoyed

It's very close to the beach, just a 5-minute walk to the city's famous Shell Bay. It's not on the old town side, though; it's about a 5-minute walk to the beach and another 15 minutes to the old town. The scenery is beautiful, and the room amenities are quite complete.
The downside is the average soundproofing, comparable to Hanting in China.

Huge terrace, small but comfortable room (there are also larger ones)
Only the breakfast in the café downstairs is not recommended. In addition, the cushions on the terrace could be cleaner (they are completely exposed to the rain).
The location is phenomenal, the staff extremely friendly

A very good value for money for San Sebastián.
The only drawback was check-in: slow and limited space when a lot of people arrive at once.

Very good service overall. Cleanliness was excellent. The mattress was very comfortable and the bed was very large. Very satisfied. The location is central and very close to the beach. The price-performance ratio was very good.
