Hotel Zinema7

I stayed at Hotel Zinema7 for 4 nights. The hotel has a modern design, comfortable rooms, and a pleasant atmosphere overall. However, there were a few disappointing aspects to the stay. The location is not very central, which means you need to rely on buses or taxis more often than expected to reach the Old Town and main tourist areas. The biggest frustration was that the telephone in the room was not working throughout the stay, despite reporting the issue. Unfortunately, it was never fixed, which made communication with reception inconvenient. Another disappointing point was the complimentary water policy. Water was provided only on the first day, even during a 4-day stay, which felt unnecessarily stingy for a hotel of this category. Overall, the hotel has good design and comfortable facilities, but the service experience and attention to guest convenience could definitely be improved.

My stay at Hotel Zinema7 was quite enjoyable overall. There were a few challenges at the beginning of my stay, particularly with trying to modify my booking. Unfortunately, the reservation was locked and non-modifiable, and communicating by email to resolve the issue was somewhat challenging. Although I wasn’t able to get the room I originally wanted, everything ultimately worked out well throughout my stay. The room itself was comfortable, although the bathroom offered less privacy than I would have preferred, as parts of it were somewhat see-through. It wasn’t ideal, but I was able to make it work. One of the highlights for me was the hotel gym. It’s not a large gym, but it had everything I needed for a good cardio workout which was definitely useful for burning off all the extra food I had been enjoying during my trip! The staff were also very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. They were attentive and did their best to meet my needs whenever I needed assistance. Overall, despite a few initial challenges and some minor room issues, I had a pleasant experience at Hotel Zinema7. The hotel had everything I needed, the staff were great, and I would be happy to stay here again.

Have their own parking, very safe and convenient for road trips. Located in the community, and the room is clean with the theater vibe.

Great location in nice, quiet neighborhood with great bus access. Air conditioner worked well. Internal acoustics could be better - I could hear when my neighbor showers and loud hallway noise. However, it was still quiet enough for good sleep at night. The vibe was cool and hotel was clean.
