Acceptable for the price paid, but don't expect a modern hotel. Everything is old, rusty, used. Bed done but bedding not changed from the previous client!!! Also, advertised as breakfast included, but this place doesn't have breakfast. Not included, not paid, no breakfast at all.

Maybe it's because of the relationship between the living rooms. The equipment and water pressure are not good, but forget about the business.

Not ideal for long stays, I paid $10 a day to a cleaner much well kept hotel in the Philippines.

Pretty much same service and cleanness as the hotel fare. Look location!

The hotel is old and run down, but the biggest disappointment was no hot water!

Booked for my driver As his flight was delayed he came 12 am to hotel unfortunately stuff of the hotel was rude even thought they didn’t let my driver to get in they requested extra money I do understand for early check in payment but it was not early check in it was whole another payment don’t reccoment

There was no free airport shuttle service close to midnight the time I arrived The motel should have this service available even without phone service as per the booking. It cost me $63.50 US dollars for the Taxi ride from the airport to Motel. The front desk attendant was sleeping when I arrived. No person at front desk. I had to ring door bell. The motel states 24 hour front desk service. The room was great, however, the shower area needs to trap the water overfill on floor with a drain. I had to mop up the water with towels. The morning shuttle service was full with a secondary stop at another motel. Did not like the driver requesting for tips at the airport. Its up to the customer to provide tips should the service was good.

Location is good for close access to DFW. Coffee and granola bar are your “breakfast” after 0700. Staff seems not too caring about guests.

Parking is $25 per night

No breakfest given.
