Booked for my driver As his flight was delayed he came 12 am to hotel unfortunately stuff of the hotel was rude even thought they didn’t let my driver to get in they requested extra money I do understand for early check in payment but it was not early check in it was whole another payment don’t reccoment

There was no free airport shuttle service close to midnight the time I arrived The motel should have this service available even without phone service as per the booking. It cost me $63.50 US dollars for the Taxi ride from the airport to Motel. The front desk attendant was sleeping when I arrived. No person at front desk. I had to ring door bell. The motel states 24 hour front desk service. The room was great, however, the shower area needs to trap the water overfill on floor with a drain. I had to mop up the water with towels. The morning shuttle service was full with a secondary stop at another motel. Did not like the driver requesting for tips at the airport. Its up to the customer to provide tips should the service was good.

Location is good for close access to DFW. Coffee and granola bar are your “breakfast” after 0700. Staff seems not too caring about guests.

This isn't the best cheap motel and it isn't the worst. Checking in or out takes forever, possibly linked to the smell of **** that permeates the lobby. They require $100 per night deposit despite nothing in the room being worth $100. But the sheets were clean and it's a room.

a lot of bugs in the room, smelly bad odor

Breakfast is granola bars and coffee. The wooden headboard was disgusting and I was scared to sleep in the bed. Definitely run down but you get what you pay for I guess.

Booked with breakfast and the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast. Room was a King Suite, big but quite old. Comfortable bed but the fridge was making a loud noise and the water in the bathroom was impossible to stop from dripping.

Fine It was ok

I arrived at 8p and the shuttle didn't pick me up until 930p even though the hotel is 7 min away. The shower had mold in the ceiling and the drywall was falling apart there. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. I will not be staying at Super 8 again.
