Mainly fancy hotel chains and standardize standards. But this is the only hotel where I have stayed in so many hotels where the lobby does not provide free coffee and water, and there is no coffee machine in the room. Generally in the United States, the coffee machine is standard in low chain hotels.
We stayed Easter weekend. It was fully booked and lots of parties happening with loud music in their rooms. I asked the front desk to ask them to turn their music down but it never happened. The girl working the front desk on Easter morning was the rudest person. It was 15 mins after breakfast was over and she would get me anything even though it was all sitting out. I asked for cream for coffee and she wouldn’t even get me that. All the other days everyone did AFTER breakfast hours. Also, there were 3 basketballs there when we got there. Then the same staff member I had issues with told us that they didn’t have any, that people never returned them. I snuck and looked when she wasn’t there and they were sitting behind the counter. I will stay at the other location next time.

The overall facilities of the hotel are old, but the stay is not bad, and there are not many breakfast options. It’s not bad to go out to the artificial lake on the side. It’s not far from the Toyota music factory on the side. It’s a 15-minute walk.
Very nice place kept in good condition. The only entrance is the main entrance and most of the rooms are a good distance away but exiting is more plentiful
Close to the airport, the environment is OK, the service is general, when booking a big bed room, there is no room, the twin room is hard, the breakfast is very simple, the bus is difficult to wait

EEllen YDescription on Trip.com mentioned airport shuttle to hotel. But it was not available at all. Trip.com should have updated this. I would have booked Clarion as they had the shuttle. Check in experience not as good as I had hoped. Not much information offered and not very welcoming. No concierge or porter. I guess it's the same for all 2-3 star rated hotels in Dallas. If you have huge/heavy luggage, better pay more and go for the 4-5 stars.
Breakfast was good. I like the DIY waffles. Starts on time, ends on time.
Location is ok. Easy to get Uber, nearest mall is Grapevine Miles that has restaurants, a food court and outlet shops.
MmarmartintinI wanted to share my experience of staying at a hotel near DFW airport. The location of the hotel was fair, with a very limited choice of restaurants and shops nearby. However, it was very close to the airport, with only around a 10 minute drive by Uber at a cost of around USD 15.
The reception welcome was very good, and the bar and lounge service was also nice. I was upgraded to a corner room, which was spacious and clean. However, the control of the shower was a bit worn and it was hard to accurately control the flow of hot water.
Overall, the hotel was a good choice for staying in the DFW area. Despite the limited nearby amenities, the proximity to the airport and the quality of the hotel's service made it a pleasant stay. Thank you for reading my feedback and I hope it is helpful for future travelers.
EEstrella 星星The hotel is really close to the airport, very convenient if you have a connection. I would give 5/5 to the hotel but I had an issue with the shuttle, is really hard to know where does the shuttle stops at the airport, there is no information on the hotel's website neither on trip.com. I had to call to the hotel for indications, they only said: go to the pickup point. At the end I had to ask a person working at the airport and he told me were the stop was, but, when the shuttle arrived it didn't stopped and I had to take a $17 Uber.
GGuest UserI read a review that says the elevator is old and the hall way smells a little. Those are not wrong, but the room was okay and the staffs were kind.
One cannot expect everything to be the best for this price because it was among the cheapest price around the airport.
If you are looking for a quality lodging, you will need to spend more.
GGuest UserThe room is spacious and the accommodation is relatively safe. The hotel facilities are a bit old and there is no buffet breakfast, only coffee and drinks. It is very close to the airport and there is a shuttle. Overall it is OK.
TTootie!!This hotel has had to be one of the best that I have stayed in in quite some time. The front desk were extreme helpful when needed, they’re very nice! Never had a problem with them! 10/10 recommend! The service is amazing! Restaurant, vending machines, drinks were cold, fitness room and pool!
