The service attitude is so rigid, it feels like I have to fight with them every time just to book a room.

Hotel is well located if you are by car. Checking in took a long time this time. I had reserved a spacious room and got it with a view of the city. The interior of the room needs maintenance. Spacious bathroom with extra large bed. If I get the chance for a good price I will book again.

We loved the amenities of the hotel. They took carefully our request. I'd like to point out two things; we asked for 2 pax breakfast package for early check-out. Although they promised to do it so, the night shift didn't even have any idea regarding the breakfast package. The hotel's entrance is located on the right side of the Pullman and due to there is no sign for the entrance, it is a little difficult to find it.

The hotel is good and clean, the guy at the reception, Mr. Mehmet Aksoy, helped us a lot, thank you.

Thought it was a beautiful hotel. Missed small things in the room but it was no big deal. Like for example a spoon to stir the coffee or tea, or a bathroom mat. There was a mall nearby but walking was too risky and with a taxi it is a short distance. That was less. But the hotel itself was okay. Had expected more luxury. But we liked it anyway. Yep! Satisfied! (Except of course accessibility shopping center)
