Excellent location, minutes from galata tower and istiklal shopping walkway. Great people and reception, generous and caring . Good sized clean rooms and tastefully decorated. Will definitely sta again.

I stayed at the hotel one night. Location is the center of Istanbul. Room is clean and has a nice window to the street. It has an antique vibe and has very good for price performance. I'll definitely come back and stay again. Thank you staff for being helpful especially Serhat at the reception.

A city hotel located in the new city, near Galata Tower. It is easily accessible from the metro station and the bus stop is nearby, so it is well-connected. It is also close to Iskataikli Street, where you can enjoy dining and shopping. The hotel itself has only stairs to the entrance, so it was difficult to lift a heavy suitcase. There is an elevator in the hotel. It is a retro elevator that is hard to see these days. The room itself had a strong, unpleasant smell of cigarettes as soon as I entered. The room was well-cleaned and clean. The shower room was so small that even a woman would feel cramped in it alone. However, the water pressure in the shower was fine and if you could put up with the small space, you could shower comfortably. There was no kettle, but I was able to borrow one if I asked. I wish it was permanently installed. The front desk staff is available 24 hours a day, so they will respond to sudden requests.

The hotel staff are all very nice. There are coffee, restaurants and bars downstairs, which is quite convenient. There are people singing at night, but it basically gets quiet at 12:00. Points will be deducted for: 1. I booked a room for one more night and communicated by phone in advance. The employee said that most of the rooms can be refunded. However, after arriving at the site, the supervisor refused to allow the room to be refunded and did not explain the reason. This was not a good experience. 2. There is no free parking lot. There is a paid parking lot 3-5 minutes' walk away. The weather is too hot and the luggage is heavy, so it is not convenient. In addition, the parking attendants who charge fees are not very friendly. After 10:00, they will charge an extra day. We went there at 10:30 for the parking fee. (We were delayed for an hour waiting for the supervisor to go to work to negotiate a refund for one night's room fee). We were still charged an extra day's parking fee. There was no room for negotiation at all, which made the experience even worse. 3. People pray here starting at 4 o'clock. The sound is very loud and you may be woken up.
