Excellent hotel, great location, and delicious breakfasts. The staff at breakfast were lovely. The room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided. The beds were comfortable. The only downside was the glass toilet door, which didn't close properly and offered no soundproofing at all. We had a huge balcony. Our room was on the 5th floor, and there's a lift.

Overall, it was a very good stay. 1. The location is excellent and very convenient. Trams, subways, the ferry terminal, the Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the Basilica Cistern are all within walking distance. 2. The room is a good size, very clean, and well-equipped with amenities. The Wi-Fi and hot water were both stable. 3. Being right by the tram line, it was quite noisy. 4. Breakfast was served in the downstairs restaurant. The variety of dishes wasn't as extensive as what I saw in other reviews, and it didn't quite match the room rate.

Great stay! The bedding was nice and it was very clean. The owner was super welcoming, and the location is great—within walking distance to all major attractions. Plus, there's a tram right outside the entrance, making it very convenient to get around. Truly a nice place!

Not that bad but one time was dusty and my noise got itchy for one day. Close to Hagia Sophia about 8 mins walk. Near to many restaurants

The location is a big plus; the tram passes right in front of the hotel, and you can reach Sirkeci in 5 minutes. The rooms are clean. Breakfast offers 5-6 hot options and is delicious. The staff are attentive and friendly. The only downside (for me) is that the hotel's ground floor is used as a bar. I would have preferred it not to be alcoholic.

Great hotel, staff is kind and will help you with what you need. Breakfast is in the closest restaurant, not amazing, but solid. Maybe some rooms need a minor cosmetic refresh, but overall it's a good hotel.

The room facing the street was very noisy, and the subway line was right outside the door. The curtains let in too much light, and the shower water kept fluctuating between hot and cold. The lighting was dim, and the switches were unresponsive. The front desk staff were unhelpful (they refused to give us extra drinking water and told us to buy it from the supermarket across the street). Overall, a terrible experience.

The breakfast was good and the hotel's location was great. However, the room was very damp, which was a bit of a bummer.

Not a modern looking hotel. It's ok just if you going to be out all the time. The area is in the old town which is a great place to stay. The hotel needs updating. It's a bit of a trek to get there across the tram rail and taxis can't drop you right to the hotel.Difficult when you have lots of luggage, wheelchair or prams.
