Very nice and clean hotel, with the ONSEN being built into the room itself, which is very convenient for couples. Bar fridge drinks and snacks are provided everyday during our stay at this hotel. Worth the price paid for the stay at this hotel.

Excellent stay in Jiaosi! The spa area is amazing with lots of options. Guests can feel free to join any diy workshops that have been scheduled and enjoy all the facilities, including KTV, gym room. Their buffet dinner and breakfast were great as well! Will definitely be back!

Too many facilities and programs that we could only enjoyed a few. I would suggest at least 2 night stay for best fulfilment. Nice outdoor onsen and in-room onsen.

The hot spring is very comfortable, the hotel facilities are many, the service is very good, the breakfast is also very rich, and the buffet hot pot is also eaten in the restaurant for dinner. We stayed for three nights in a row. They were cleaned very clean every day and there were plenty of snacks and drinks, which is rare. The only drawback is that in the Japanese-style suite I stayed in, the hot spring room was not designed to separate wet and dry areas. After taking a bath, I felt wet all over and had to step directly into the bedroom. There was a lot of water on the hot room floor, making it inconvenient to wear clothes.

A high-end hotel in Yilan, I like its hot springs and buffet breakfast the most. It is worth leaving a little more time to enjoy it. The breakfast buffet has a variety of Yilan-style food, which is quite special!
