We enjoyed staying in G tower with all the facilities that made our holiday great! The staff were helpful and friendly especially Ms Neda. The location is also good for people who doesn't to be in a crowded and noisy area, the hotel was very clean and calm. We'll absolutely come back again!

The hotel in the same price is good, the service staff is very dedicated. The overall feeling is also clean and tidy, the only downside is that the breakfast is too simple, not even juice, milk. You can choose for business trips, even for family travel.

I Loveedddd this hotel! Yes, it’s on the other side of the city but it’s worth it. The brekkie was clean and filling, the room and bed warm, and they went out of their way to provide excellent service. Shout out to Nada for the personal touch. One thing to note - the room cards stop working everyday, so it is best to check with the front desk and get new room cards.

Service was good, the staff was cooperative and pleasant. Rooms were clean and reasonable size. Breakfast was good in terms of taste and variety.
The building needs to be maintained from the outside, it was dusty with some glass windows broken from the outside. The lift while going up or down to and from 10th floor, had a sqeaky sound. When I opened the shower tap, brown water came out, after a minute the color was normal. My sleep was disturbed at night, as the room walls are really thin and I could hear my neighbors in the next room. It was noisy.

Buffet in the morning was very weak and most of the plates are empty, not refilled. Once you ask to refill them, unproffesionally way staff can tell you, there is no more food. this happened 7:00 in the morning, buffet is opening at 06:00 so doesnt make sense. This poor service makes your stay like you are at the dorm. There are better alternatives around this area.

The hotel service is very good, the rooms are spacious and the beds and bedding are very comfortable. The breakfast is also rich.
The surrounding environment seems to be average, because friends pick up and drop off, so I don’t know if the traffic is convenient.

GGuest UserBecause of work needs, I chose a hotel closest to the customer. The price is very high. The room is similar to an apartment. One bedroom, one living room, one kitchen and one bathroom. It is very large. Some rooms can see the football field opposite. If you are lucky, you can watch the game for free. There are pots and pans in the kitchen, oven, washing machine, You can cook by yourself. This is my favorite point.～ Going out, the most unsatisfactory thing is that your stomach is full before you have the strength to work.

AAlexei KThis is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately the repeated experience turned out to be worse than the first one. We were offered a two-story room on the first and basement floors. The room itself is very large in size, with 3 bedrooms. Nicely decorated and furnished. There are all the amenities, a kitchen, a wonderful living room. The hotel provides water and tea and coffee sets daily. However, the excellent quality of the room could not compensate for the discomfort of the stay. There were 2 problems:
1. The ventilation and air conditioning system did not work, so the rooms were very stuffy and the temperature was +25. In one bedroom, where there was no window, it was very uncomfortable to sleep.
2. Directly opposite the windows of the other two bedrooms there will be a booth with 2 dogs that bark non-stop. Very loud. Day and night. Therefore, even earplugs did not provide a comfortable sleep.
At the same time, on the first day of our stay they told us that the next day they would change the room, but when we came to do this, they said that there were no rooms available.
The hotel breakfast has improved and we really enjoyed it.
Fitness zone is nice but the pool has very cold water and it is uncomfortable to use it.

For swimming pool you need a cap to cover your head without that you can't swim and then you have to buy it from them which is 400 TR means £5 so swimming is not free and they don't mansion that in advert
