I really like this hotel
The location is really good and the service and friendliness are the best among the hotels I've been to. I've been to most 5-star hotels, but this one is really the best
I plan on staying here again next time. It's really, really friendly and the hotel feels luxurious. It's flashy and catches the eye
Oh, and you can park about 3 cars in front of the hotel
You have to ask where to go if it's full
I booked the cheapest room, so there was no window so I couldn't see the view, but the room with the view was really nice
It's a similar place anyway, so stay here. It's clean and friendly !!!
The location could not be better! It’s right above the Marmaray metro line and near the tram stop. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were all very friendly. All the major tourist spots were walking distance and I highly recommend this hotel for people visiting Istanbul for the first time.
This is a very nice hotel located in the middle of the Sultanahmet area. It is close to many of the sites within walking distance including the Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar, Cistern Basilica, The Blue Mosque, Hague Sophia, tram station, many historical hammams and wonderful restaurants! The front desk staff was very professional, accommodating, and informative. They greet you every morning & evening and always have a smile on their face!
If you include breakfast with your stay, it's on the top floor, and there's a beautiful view. The spread of food is hot and cold, and I ate very well every morning! They served different hot foods everyday which was nice... from fluffy eggs to potatoes, Turkish sausage, chicken sausage, etc. There's also a nice variety of cereals, yogurt with honey, assorted mezze dips, olives, pickled vegetables, fruit, pastries along with juice, coffee and tea. The restaurant staff was also very professional and friendly, and they were quick to clear plates and replenish dishes.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and I would definitely stay here again!

One thing to note... I was traveling by myself and arrived by an airport transfer that I arranged. However, I would suggest that you book it through the hotel at $45€ cash, and here's why... The hotel is located on a popular street in which the tram runs along. No cars or taxis are allowed on the street, so it can be difficult. The driver who is unfamiliar with the hotel will drop you at the corner of the main street, which can be approximately two blocks. Depending on how much stuff you have, you will need to carry or roll your luggage across uneven cobblestones and/or very narrow sidewalks. I have a slightly immobile knee, and had a hard time rolling my luggage while looking behind me to see if a tram was coming, and there were lots of tourists walking on the sidewalks which didn't make it any easier. If you hire the hotel airport transfers, they will know where to drop you off and have the hotel staff ready to escort you and your luggage to the hotel. On my departure to the airport, the hotel arranged my airport transfer, and it was so easy. They have a secret spot where they park, and the hotel staff helped me to the van.

The experienced staff were both Friendly and helpful! As I was Traveling late night early morning, I called the hotel for some assistance with a taxi service. They front desk was happy to talk to the driver and even helped me confirm pricing. As a single woman traveling I am wanting to take precautions for my safety. The room was authentic and had a comfortable warmth! The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The location is close to the touristy spots with easy access to public transportation! Travelers be prepared, so many things to see and do-be prepared. I enjoyed the exciting hustle and bustle and with help I found my way on the public ferry to check out the other side for a local experience. I truly enjoyed my stay, Thank you Empire Palace
The hotel is located in the very center, a convenient quiet area. A metro station is a couple of minutes' walk away.
Clean, there is mold on the grout in the bathroom, I don't know why such areas are not treated.
View of the construction site, no noise. Wi-Fi works great, you can watch a movie.
Breakfast is normal, I'm on a diet, the choice mainly fell on vegetables and eggs (boiled and omelette). For men, it probably won't be interesting, but there were some fried items. In general, it's okay.
I liked everything very much, one of the few hotels on my trip that had disposable slippers <3 The administrators at the hotel are super! They guided me through everything.
Fantastic location near the ferry piers and tram line in bustling Istanbul giving good access to all parts of the city and old town easily walkable. Highly recommended for families as a stay includes access to swimming pools, hot tub and spa facilities which is essential for a summer break and tired legs, however, there were some areas of maintenance to attend for safety but overall we had a great time staying here. There is a rooftop pool with panorama views over water and city.
The breakfast area is well stocked and can get very busy so best advised to come down a little earlier to get a seat. The staff are helpful and friendly, as can be said for the Turkish people of Istanbul in general. Many thanks for Habiba and Mehmet (hope names are right) who helped us find a taxi when our original arrangements fell through.
You couldn’t ask for a better location and the stuff is very accommodating, so don’t hesitate to report any issues that you might be facing there. We’ve found breakfast service quite nice too. The tram did not bother us. Room’s a little cold in October.
Overall it was not bad, the hotel is in a really good location, walking distance to everywhere, especially for those who want to have a city walk. I had early check in at 9am, which was really nice. The staffs were all nice.
However, the room was so small with a pretty small window, I saw window in other rooms was not. And obviously, the soundproof not good, can hear what happen clearly on the outside aisle⋯
We were there on the weekend.
Great location. Great staff. The hotel is clean and cozy. Breakfast is normal. It's not important to me. The bed is spotless. If we are in Istanbul, we will definitely stay in this hotel.
Great and I recommend it 100 times)
Thank you for your work
I recently stayed at this hotel and my experience was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality by the professional and friendly staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with no delays at all.
The room I stayed in was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was soft and cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the view from the window was breathtaking. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with high-quality toiletries.
Overall, my stay awas truly satisfying. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality and comfortable stay.

Amazing
涂涂涂dreamingThe location is very good, very close to the Hagia Sophia, the Underground Water Palace and the Blue Mosque. It is also very convenient to take the T1 tram, which is 200 meters away. The cat on the top-floor balcony is super cute. I paid attention to the ins of the store. The cat on the left is called Kaplan (male), and the one on the right is not clear. Maybe it is called Steven. I heard the staff call that.
GGuest UserMy overall evaluation of this hotel is that the location is good, and the hotel is exquisite, come back next time.
Located in the relatively central location of the old city, almost all the main attractions in the city are within walking distance, and it is very convenient to take the bus to go further. The surrounding restaurants are dense and there are many shops.
The hotel is not big, the room is not big, but the service staff is good, the hotel is relatively new, and the hardware equipment is very exquisite.
The disadvantage is probably that the breakfast category is very small and basically cold food. The street in front of the hotel is very narrow and it is not easy to call a taxi.
Overall, as a travel accommodation, it is highly recommended.
NNasrinAmazing service from Trip. From web chat to app updates on flights and status. The booking process was simple. I did both hotel and flights. I knew which one I wanted to book and it was the cheapest on Trip. I stayed at Yasmak SUltan hotel. Ideal location and service. Can’t fault the stay, flights or location. (Pegasus is very basic but if you’ve flown with easyJet or RyanAir then you’ll know)
DDANILThe hotel is conveniently located: close to Gulhane and Sultanahmet stations. Friendly staff, they greet you and lift your suitcases. We had a corner room and it was cold in Istanbul during our stay. We went to the reception and they gave us a heater.
Good buffet breakfast: toast, fruit, soup, omelette, Turkish coffee (the best presentation). The waiters are great.
From the veranda on the roof you can see Hagia Sophia and Gulhane, Topkapi.
GGuest UserA cozy little hotel on a quiet street close to the main sights. The hotel has no elevator, I was helped to get things on the 2nd floor. Breakfast is modest, but for a small amount of money I didn't wait any more. The staff is very nice, the only thing one of the staff asked for tips, I didn't like it. And there's still a very weak sound insulation in the room. Who cares, bear in mind)
GGuest UserIt is very close to the spice market. From the spice market, you can walk all the way to the Grand Bazaar, Sophia and Blue Mosque. You can also cross the bridge to Galata Tower and Independence Street. If you are willing to walk, you can even go to the New Palace and Besiktas stadium
GGuest UserAll is good except that the aircon is not working right for both rooms I booked. The staff are so friendly and very helpful though communication wise, some of the staff member has poor English or none at all. Over all my our stay in the hotel was enjoyable. Thanks Guys!!
