The hotel is very good. It's a bit old. Others are pretty good. It's in the city center, very close to the scenic spots, the transportation is developed, and the breakfast is pretty good. The service is also very good, perfect for family.

Amazing staff and location. The staff and super friendly and accommodating and the family room is clean and spacious. We were offered breakfast for free as it wasn’t included in our reservation.

The location of this hotel is excellent, as most important places can be reached on foot. Additionally, the service mindset is outstanding. They provided a special room setup for our honeymoon trip. I am talking about the response; this hotel, even though little bit old, is good enough for me to recommend to anyone who is trying to visit old city Istanbul. Never, the manager and all guys are so eager to solve any problems I have. "Cozy and safe" that is the feeling I felt here.

I Recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel, and it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service that set the tone for the rest of my stay. Best service! My wife was sick, thankfully they help us everything without any extra charge! And all crew are very kind and make us smile 😃 Also position and infra is best for tour. Tram stations is very close and you can get any amenities in this hotel or near store. And many decent restaurant are near. During stay here I was walk under 3min every time!
