Location is very good . 100 meters to Basmane metro station. Staff where polite and helpful . Room was good in compare with the price . The only negative thing was breakfast . Breakfast was very poor . They had only tea . Not coffee . Not milk .

Very bad in every aspect, no sense of service

The location of the hotel was very good, but although we chose a room with a jacuzzi, the jacuzzi was broken, hygiene was average, the curtains were torn, the windows were very dirty, the ventilation was good, the breakfast was not very good, and the variety was low.

The room environment is poor and they also charge extra money

The room is dirty. Nothing works: hairdryer, TV, shower, internet, refrigerator, and air conditioning intermittently. If you agreed to pay upon delivery, then right before departure they will issue a bill 2 times higher, as if they immediately put you in the best room. For this room they charged 50 euros per night per person.

Unfortunately, there is not a single tangible thing in the hotel, neither the staff nor the rooms. We made a reservation for our foreign guests coming from abroad. We agreed for 7200 TL for two rooms and three days. We paid 5000 TL by card during the reservation. I wish we hadn't paid it. When we went to pick up our guests in the morning, they were waiting for us at the door with their suitcases, the rooms were full of cigarette smoke. They said that it smelled, the flushers were not working, there was no water in the cupboards, there was no internet, and they wanted to leave the hotel. When we asked the employee sitting at the reception for a daily bill and a refund of the payment we made, they did not refund 2600 lira, they made us a debtor and asked for 2200 lira. While we were talking, they announced that they would not refund the rest because we missed 4 people waiting for the reservation. Also, his defense with wifi was very funny, he could receive international calls 🤔

Don't expect much, the curtains don't cover the window, the window is broken, the shower you can barely fit in, nothing is functional, it deserves to be maintained. It doesn't deserve a single star. Fortunately the bed is clean otherwise we would have left

The receptionist, whose picture I took and showed it to him, didn't even bother. I think other rooms had the same problem. Refrigerators did not cool, but since they were working, they were used to heat the room. It's bad for a summer day. The hotel had nothing to do with the comments made. We stayed one night with my wife, it would have been better if we had slept in the car. There was not a single tangible aspect from the bathroom to the toilet, from the bed to the pillow and the furniture. We woke up in the morning with the smell coming from the toilet. The bathroom was in a terrible state. We did not have breakfast in the morning because there were egg shells, food residues, etc. from people who ate before you, etc. on the plates. We ran away. Leave the page and look for another hotel

All the furniture in the room is broken and broken, there is dust everywhere, the sheets and towels are stained. Most importantly, the bathroom is a disgrace. The ceiling has runny paint, the shower head is swollen, the place where it is attached is broken, you must hold it with your hand. We woke up in the morning from a strong smell coming from the dream. I will also add the photos. Breakfast is a different matter. The kitchen is not hygienic at all, the food is ice cold and you don't care about any of the employees. It's a shame for the money you spent. We only came for one night because we were tired from the road, so don't make this mistake.

0 out of 10 points. Bathroom poorly maintained, an average person does not fit in here. Drainage from the shower literally flows through the bathroom, horrible! On top of everything, our room was full of bed lice / bed bugs. Ultimately, this bed lice infestation was transferred to our suitcases and bags and we had to throw away several items of clothing and bags. The hotel does not accommodate you at all and is not willing to help. In addition, they do not offer any apologies. All in all, a scandalous, rude and disrespectful hotel that we absolutely do not recommend.
