I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Satya Ashoka. The cleanliness was a major issue – the bed sheets, pillow covers, and towels were extremely dirty, making it hard to feel comfortable. The hotel Wi-Fi was not working during my entire stay, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the room was very noisy, and the "Do Not Disturb" sign was either not available or simply ignored. The exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn’t functioning, making the ventilation poor. Despite requesting multiple times for clean bed sheets, water, and help with the Wi-Fi, the staff did absolutely nothing to address these issues. I would not recommend this hotel due to the lack of cleanliness, poor service, and lack of essential amenities.

The property is very old with zero maintenance. There was seepage inside the room and the bedsheets were stinking. The switches were not functioning. There were cobwebs around the bed and sofa. The floor was not cleaned properly and they did’nt give any shower gel.

The rooms were dirty. Service was poor. In morning breakfast we were served with 2-3 food items only. The condition of the room was pathetic.

The hotel is situated at good place price is too high comparing services offered. All toiletries and ambience is weird and old. They need to revamp and give better ambience food not upto mark. Avoid.

This hotel needs complete renovation, everything is damaged. Leakage smelling. Etc. The complete feeling is of the hospital. Only the good part is big sized rooms, that's it. Staff is cooperative but seems dependent on each other, and don't understand who comes first for check in, giving priority to others who are behind (just because he is discussing loudly. This is nothing but a good lodge now. You can't have any feelings of the good hotel.
