Airport: Depending on demand pricing, we often take either Yellow Cab or Uber to the airport. It takes less than a half hour and should cost you roughly $25.00 plus tip. ► We can accommodate up to 10 guests but we think the house is more comfortable for 6 guests. ► Children with parents are welcome BUT note that the house is NOT child proofed in any way. ► Please comply with all the hot tub rules posted on-site near the tub. ► Please no excessive noise, music or rowdy behavior that might disturb the neighbors, especially when using the hot tub and the outdoor area. ► The alley leading to our 2 onsite parking spaces is unpaved and bumpy which can be challenging for low clearance vehicles to navigate. ► Instant hot water dispenser can "spit" if opened full blast so keep children away from it. ► Depending on weather, the outdoor solar lit pathways can be dark later on at night. Please be careful. ► In cold/icy weather nearby side street can get thick ice. 64th Ave S however is plowed and/or de-iced for a good alternative parking are for the couple days a year this kind of weather is an issue.
