酒店硬件設施完備，房間寬敞明亮，佈局合理，床品布草舒適潔凈；地下負二、負三層停車場車位充足，自駕停車非常方便；健身中心很棒。員工整體服務尚佳，軟件方面仍有提升空間。特別感謝賓客關係主任Daisy幫助我們調換更適合的房間，她熱情周到的服務讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺。

酒店位於江陰市中心，出行很方便，前台Judy在辦理入住過程中很貼心的告知入住過程中有任何問題及時聯繫，等辦理完入住前台Amy小姐姐很熱情的引領我們到電梯口，房間設施也很完善 推薦，下次還來。

這家酒店真的讓我非常滿意。剛進大廳禮賓看我拿着個行李箱就立馬幫忙拿行李，大廳有一位叫Amy的小姐姐熱情的上來跟我打招呼，問我要去哪個樓層並幫忙按了電梯帶我去了他們38樓酒店辦理入住，在辦理入住過程中還耐心得跟我講解了他們酒店每個樓層的設施設備，等前台小姐姐辦理完入住又直接帶我去了她們客房跟我介紹了他們客房的床墊品牌跟咖啡機的使用讓我感覺服務很貼心細緻，酒店晚上夜景也超級美，落地大玻璃窗，白天視野也超級好，房間寬敞明亮 。早餐也很豐盛，還有地下室免費的停車場，隔天退房時前台小姐姐問我入住感覺怎麼樣，非常推薦。

酒店位於市中心，環境真心很不錯。主要八佰伴位於酒店一公里，走路十幾分鍾就到。交通也很便利，前台小姐姐Amy很熱情跟我們介紹了酒店的泳池還要有酒店吃早餐的地方跟下午茶，讓我感覺非常舒服和滿意。酒店的內部設施也一應俱全。整潔乾淨，服務親切友好，真的讓我有種賓至如歸的感覺，已經讓我開始期待有下一次的入住。

這次選擇入住江陰新開的一家酒店服務非常的棒，從進門的那一刻起就感受到了滿滿的温暖和熱情他的房間非常的整齊，設施很齊全，住的超級舒服，下次一定還會再來的。環境超級贊，安靜又舒適，大廳的佈置很有特色，細節處處理地很好。我覺得酒店的位置，超級方便，周邊距離八佰伴，吃喝玩樂一應俱全。客房清潔人員也很親切，前台妹妹很熱情，得到的不止一次愉悦的入住體驗，還有人間煙火，這是我對這家酒店的評價超讚！

酒店可以瀏覽到城市建設，通過落地窗還可以看見長江大橋。
環境：酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，辦理入住的地方在38樓，酒店的地理位置優越靠近高鐵站，交通非常的方便。
設施：酒店擁有公共網絡，網絡速度快，適合在房間內辦公，房間採用智能的電力系統，刷房卡進入時窗簾、紗窗、電視就會自動打開，感覺很高級。床墊是金可兒的很舒服；房間很安靜，睡得也好。整體來説，酒店的設施服務非常不錯，推薦體驗，很滿意我會考慮回住。
服務：從進入酒店開始，就有工作人員服務，幫忙拿行李以及參觀介紹，表揚Daisy全程微笑服務，答疑解惑。
還有其他的工作人員，都是微笑服務很貼心，會主動打招呼。
