I booked a business room and was upgraded to a deluxe room for free. The room is super big, with a big balcony, two bathrooms, two TVs in the living room and bedroom, and the swimming pool is outside the window. It is backed by Huangqishan Forest Park. The scenery and air are very good. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is super good. She is very enthusiastic to help me find local food. Thumbs up

I would like to thank the housekeeper that night. When the kid accidentally knocked over the water cup and the bed sheet got wet, the housekeeper ran back and forth twice to change the bedding. Although it is her essential job, I would like to thank the employee again for the inconvenience. The next day, the lobby manager checked me out and asked about my stay experience. I told her the truth. The other party said that in order to show her sincerity, she would give me a free upgrade next time I stay. I refused directly. First of all, you don't know the purpose of my stay, how can you know that I will come to Jieyang next time? Since some issues were not proactively contacted and resolved on the same day, but were casually mentioned when checking out, there was no sincerity at all. A fruit plate was delivered to the room, and 4 bottles of water were free every day. The towels and bathrobes were quite new.
