隔音很差，衞生間一直一股臭味一直到退房都有，似是廁所或下水道之前的串味，停車場就是自己找公共停車位，該酒店就是一棟10多層的樓房裡麪長租的什麼各種租客都有，而且就在出租房的門口進出，

説實話，被外表騙了，住在9樓，從後門進去。進去房間一股黴味，洗澡的門不敢關上，根本推不動，推一下很響，怕壞了。洗澡水兩邊都是熱水，燙死了，打電話叫人過來看下，沒人過來，房間電話也是一個擺設，還是通過平台打電話。

此間商務公寓是我過來人生中遇見最最荒唐的公寓，我隔前二天己經定好下單，結果14號晚上八點多，我從聚會回到酒店開房，他説不好意思此間房開了鐘點房，要等到十一點過後才可以住進去，我一聽我都懵了。本來14號下午二點後就是我的了，到明天十二點，他敢開鐘點房。我夫妻倆衹好等到十一點多，等他衞生搞好才住進去。十分離譜，揭陽學佬古，千萬別信用！

房間雖然很大，但是絕對沒有網頁上説的五十平方，設施很多都損壞了，馬桶的坐板都搖搖晃晃的，牆上的吹風筒也是。最離奇的是房間雖然寫的是雙床房，但是兩張單人床拼在一起，成了巨大無比的大床房！床墊不知道怎麼回事，塌下去的，不知道是不是入住的胖子太多把床墊睡壞了還是床墊質量問題。酒店沒有停車場，就讓停在酒店門口的劃線停車位上，但不保證有車位，夠膽量把車停在未劃線的地方，有可能警察叔叔來抄牌。衞生間洗手枱太小了，想洗衣服很不方便。酒店位置也不好，説是靠近市政府，實際有很遠的距離，很偏僻，吃飯以及出去玩都不方便。

前台服務超級好，態度熱情，服務周到，阿姨衞生也打掃得很乾凈，房間環境也不錯，價格相對來説也比其他酒店便宜，性價比比較高，總之強推！
