The hotel is conveniently situated 15 minutes away from the airport by the hotel shuttle bus, situated in an industrial area close to the airport. The hotel itself was great, clean, and comfortable, and had all the things you needed for a good stay and overnight quiet sleep. The room itself was great. I had some confusion when I got up in the morning to get the shuttle bus to the airport at 5.30 am But was told the only shuttle bus had left at 5 am! Why did someone not clearly explain this to me? Most hotels I have stayed at near the airport in the past, have shuttle buses every 30 minutes to the airport in the early mornings. I sought the help of the young girl receptionist to assist me in getting a taxi quickly. But she seemed annoyed that I had disturbed her early morning routine when she was only interested in completing her phone video game! And not helping me! Unbelievable! The girl receptionist said that the Hotel does not have a contact taxi service. I gave the receptionist my phone and she finally found a taxi service and I made it to the airport. My Chinese was not good enough to do all this myself. But overall, a good nights stay and a good hotel.

This time I stayed on the 13th floor, and later I saw that there is an elevator on the 22nd floor. It would be better to have a high-rise room at this location. I will ask for a high-rise room next time if I have the chance.

我是從隔壁的酒店，艾晶藝術酒店（濟南銀座新辰天地店），從這個酒店退房過來的，説真的，這是我第一次退房，我進到這個隔壁的酒店，我直接被薰吐了，薰出來了，我從前台拿房卡出來，進到房間，你打開房門，一股惡臭味，像臭魚爛蝦的腐敗味兒從衞生間飄出來，我尋思什麼味道，就是從衞生間的下水管道裡邊飄出來給我噁心壞了，我馬上把這個酒店給退出了，當時已經過了9點。扣了將近80塊錢，定了這家全季酒店，全季酒店大堂啊，前台味道都可以，但是打開了房間還是稍微有點兒味道，也是從那個衞生間飄出來的，我就是嚴重懷疑這個酒店所在的大樓，那個下水管道的問題。這幾家酒店都是用的同一個公寓樓。如家速八還有等等一些酒店都是同一個公寓樓放在一起，那個電梯都是公用的，什麼人都混在一起，電梯上全是各種小廣告，不是那種單獨一家酒店電梯，至於隔音，這個連鎖酒店就那麼樣，給我們分的房間在電梯口兒。外面講話，走路拖行李箱，在屋裡聽是一清二楚。以後訂酒店儘量避免那種公寓樓是好幾個酒店連在一起的。儘量訂酒店，就是訂酒店單獨一棟樓的，比如説如家就是這一棟樓，漢庭就是這一棟樓全季就是這一棟樓就是全季酒店，不要訂那種酒店，就是各着酒店混在一起那種。
