The hotel's location is great, and I trust this brand. The room was clean, which was important as my child chose this hotel for their English exam. The front desk service was excellent, and they even offered a free late checkout, which was really a lifesaver.

I chose the Atour Hotel Baotu Spring for my trip to Jinan this time, and it certainly didn't disappoint! The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. Just a few minutes' walk to the right from the entrance, and you're at the north gate of Baotu Spring. Furong Street, Quancheng Square, and Daming Lake are all within walking distance, which is incredibly convenient for tourists. As soon as I entered the lobby, I noticed a subtle tea fragrance. The decor is a simple yet warm wooden style, which immediately made me feel relaxed. The front desk staff, both the young men and women, were exceptionally friendly, and check-in was quick and thoughtful. The room was more spacious than I expected, and the floor-to-ceiling window offered a great view of the old city rooftops merging with distant modern buildings, creating a beautiful blend of old and new. What truly impressed me were the service details: After checking out, I thought that would be the end of our interaction. To my surprise, Manager Xiao Yu even sent a follow-up text asking about my stay. Then, after I got home, I realized I had left my charger in the room. I quickly contacted Manager Xiao Yu, hoping they could find it and mail it to me cash-on-delivery. I honestly didn't expect the hotel to bother once I'd checked out, but I received an immediate reply from Manager Xiao Yu, who informed me that the hotel would cover the shipping costs. This was a truly pleasant surprise. I'd like to extend my thanks once again to Atour Hotel Baotu Spring and Manager Xiao Yu for their thoughtful service. Overall, my stay far exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this hotel, whether you're traveling with family or on a business trip. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Jinan!

After getting off the plane, there is a pick-up service. As soon as you enter the hotel, you will be greeted by enthusiastic service staff. It feels very warm. The girls at the front desk are also very enthusiastic and look very easy-going. The room facilities are very new and very good. The room space is large and feels very warm. I really like the hotel. The cleaning lady is also very enthusiastic

I turned on the shower and found water stains and hair, which was a bit surprising. Environment: I took a taxi here. There was no reserved passage for the fence on the roadside. It would be risky to go through the parking lot entrance and the lift pole. Service: Good! The overall experience was good! 🫡

I came to Jinan for the first time to watch a concert for three nights. Except for the transportation and location, it is not very convenient. The others are very good. The environment is very good and clean. After I go out, I will clean the front desk service and be very careful. I upgraded the king-size room for free. There are floor-to-ceiling windows. There is also a washing machine dryer is very convenient, next time you will choose the whole season

It's a very cozy hotel. You can smell the typical fragrance of Jiji as soon as you enter the elevator. When you meet an aunt in the elevator, she warmly welcomes you to Jiji. This is a good example of cultural rendering. Check-in was smooth. Mr. Dong, a senior hotel expert, checked me in and showed me the room. The room was medium-sized, not too big or too small, but very cozy. The bedding was clean, tidy and comfortable. There is room temperature water and ice water, which is very thoughtful. The breakfast is very rich, combining Chinese and Western styles. It was really heartwarming to ask the ladies at the front desk to help me print materials. Recommended to stay here, not only is it brand new, but the view at night and during the day is great.

The room was very clean, the large floor-to-ceiling windows looked at the scenery outside the window, the hotel staff was very good at serving 👍 The breakfast was not repeated for two days, the food was clean and delicious, and a very good stay experience.

Visiting Mingshui Ancient Town is quite close, about 1 kilometer away. There's a restaurant right next to the hotel with a wide variety of options. I recommend trying it for lunch and dinner. There's parking on site, which is mostly available. There are also charging stations, but I haven't used them. The street east of the hotel has many food options and a large supermarket. Check it out. The standards at Four Seasons hotels are generally uniform, and the experience was quite good. The only difference is that the breakfast lacks some uniqueness. I hope this improves in the future.

Facilities: Pretty good. Because I live in an old town, it's not particularly new. Overall, it's very good. Hygiene: It is probably related to the weather and climate. In the north, it is drier and a bit dusty (not because there is no cleaning) Environment: Average. From the outside, I might be a little disappointed. Service: This is the key point. The service attitude is very, very good. From checking in on the 1st to checking out on the 5th, I had contact with the front desk staff every day. From the first day of check-in (it was past 11 o'clock in the evening), I needed to add more clothes hangers. The sex slippers and quilt were all delivered to the room promptly. Since I couldn't finish the bread that day, I put it in the hotel restaurant refrigerator and picked it up from the front desk the next day (I didn't want to bother the staff to deliver it). The front desk said it would be delivered to the room, and the service was special with a smile. Delivered to the door, the service is really great. There was something wrong with the sink on the second night after I checked in. I was immediately sorted out and even brought some snacks. I felt very satisfied up to this point. The next day I got a call from the hotel and said they were sorry and would give me a free upgrade to a larger room (than mine). The reservation was at least twice as big)

The quality of the whole season has been very stable, but the service of this store is especially excellent! The location is convenient, the room is clean and tidy, and these basic items are done very well. What I want to thank most is Manager Joe and the service team he led. The manager Qiao is professional, capable, decisive and humane in handling affairs, which makes people very at ease. The whole team, from the front desk to the guest room, is full of positive energy, the service is active and thoughtful, and it really makes ”home away from home”. A very pleasant stay, because this group of lovely people makes the whole journey comfortable. Will come again next time!
