Zhanqian Chinese Inn (Xishuangbanna High-Speed Railway Station)

This hotel has great potential. Right now there is a LOT of construction going on so the roadway and walkways are dirty and broken. The hotel itself is as clean as can be expected… a little dusty in places . The management was helpful and provided amenities to our convenience. Some rooms have laundry machines in the room to make that function easier . All amenities seemed to be in place except no tea or coffee and only glasses ; no cups. For hot water, coffee and tea glasses are not the best. The bed was hard… like a board with a thin camp style mattress. No restaurants within a km or more; strange considering the proximity of the train station. I imagine that will soon change.
