That night, I returned to the hotel and wanted to go to the balcony with my wife to drink tea and chat. As a result, there was no tea in the room and no lights on the balcony. I asked the service staff and they said that the lights on the balcony were broken. On the third and fourth days, I stayed in a suite. The suite room was very spacious. I bought some beer and barbecue that night. I was thinking about having a drink with my wife, but when I got back to the hotel at night, I found that the light in the living room was broken again. I was speechless at the time, so I asked the staff, and they said that it was broken by the previous guest. They asked someone to fix it the next day. I didn't say anything at the time, but I found out that I told the hotel staff more than twice the next day that the light in the room must be fixed. On the second night, it was still broken. When I asked the staff, they were just shirking responsibility, which was very disappointing. I basically groped in the dark in the living room at night for the past two days, and I was in no mood at all. Then I was preparing to go to Kunming. I asked the hotel staff the night before if they could take us there, and then the hotel said that I had to pay 30 yuan for the fare, but the taxi was only 20 😅. Generally speaking, the four-day stay experience was very bad. We were out for fun and would only be in the hotel at night, and the light was still broken, which was outrageous. It is conveniently located in the community. The environment of the hotel is very good and quiet. Although it is not as busy as Gaozhuang, we did not feel inconvenienced. If you are close to the hotel, there are battery cars for rent next to the hotel. It is very convenient for our family of three to travel, eat, drink and visit the village. 4 The hotel is very cost-effective. We found that the courtyard room we booked did not have a balcony. The hotel's so-called 18:00-19:00 round-trip pick-up and drop-off service is basically useless. 4. The most annoying thing is the attitude of the front desk. The booking clearly states that check-out must be before 14:00. In fact, I was notified to check out at 12:00. I checked the order record with the front desk, and they directly replied that the hotel’s reply was final.
