極度差，服務態度非常非常不好！！！我朋友來酒店和我一起住，不小心丟失了一步蘋果手機，找前台還説:調不出來監控視頻，沒得辦法，明明攝像頭就亮着的，怎麼可能調不出來嗎，越想越氣。第二天退房的時候就換了個前台，房間的怡寶水還有收3元錢，按金（100）退錢，還不請不願意退了97元。房間也很臟，被單床單發黃。床底下全是垃圾。以上都是真實情況
