住過很多次，這次國慶假期是人最多的一次，早餐人巨多坐無虛席，酒店管理還是到位的，食品補給速度快，幾乎沒有空盤的時候，這點非常難得啦，雖説體檢感沒有平時那麼好～依然好評！
還有網上衹有大床房了（停房晚），我註明希望雙床，酒店立馬回覆解決了，非常感謝！

硬件雖可，但軟件差距很大，服務極差，僵硬粗蠻。
舉例説明：我此次一家3人出行旅行，途徑武陵源、吉首矮寨、武隆、成都、四姑娘山、理縣…歷時10天。
住宿體驗最差的就是吉首市凱萊大飯店。
因為3人住一間標間，其他酒店都是温馨贈送14歲小朋友一份早餐券。唯獨吉首凱萊入住時不肯贈送，前台説未成年人衹可以半價34元購買早餐優惠。結果第二天早上在早餐廳門口被粗暴收取全價68元，原因是小朋友身高達到1.6米以上了，視為成年人。前天晚上入住登記時前台工作人員也是看到了小朋友本人的，當時怎麼不説身高問題呢？我當時申請贈送一份小朋友早餐券，前台還現場確認衹可以半價優惠購買。
我當天早餐時真是無語了，又不願爭執。
湘西旅遊資源本來很豐富，令人嚮往。但凱萊酒店的服務直接拉低甚至抹黑了整個城市形象。
他們的理念是先把今天的錢搶賺了，壓根不指望你還會再來的。這個觀念應該是當地從業人員的普遍思潮。
所以，果斷差評！！！扣99分！！！

看評價較高偶然選擇了這家酒店，酒店很繁華很大，前台小姐姐還幫忙免費房間升級，酒店設施很齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住的很舒服。早餐不錯，品種多樣。讓人感覺很舒服，環境也很贊。最主要的是乾淨衞生!這個價格入住這個酒店真的是物有所值！！！很滿意的一次居住，下次來旅遊還是會繼續光顧。
