在績溪國際大酒店旁，單獨的前台和電梯。靠院子的房間能看到國際大酒店停車場。
優點：性價比高，含早，早餐六點半開始很合適。房間有贈礦泉水，房間衞生尚可。
缺點：隔音很差，浴巾被套有些許黃斑，凳子有明顯污漬。衞生間乾濕不分離，但空間尚可水壓足。
總體很滿意 還能贈送鄣山大峽谷門票。早餐不錯的，也有熱菜

績溪很美。第二次來績溪，選擇了這裏。酒店和績溪國際大酒店是一家管理公司，不同定位，臨街，但房間很安靜，性價比特別高。房間設施齊全，預訂時還擔心不好，實際體驗優於快捷連鎖。

這個價位真的性價比很高，衞生很棒，比我前一天在龍川住的什麼老房子民宿什麼的便宜，卻好一百倍，但是大堂服務員態度很冷淡，這個是需要改進的，另外房間隔音很差，我住的那天隔壁大哥可能在招待朋友，快吵死了

這是績溪國際大酒店邊上的商務樓，房價低，房間小，但性價比高，有免費早餐，有免費停車，就是衞生間淋浴沒有防水隔斷，洗個澡整個衞生間地上都是水，住一天息息腳，這價錢就不能要求太高了。
