The hotel had upgraded since my last visit. The toliet pull curtain is now at the external instead. The location is great. However would be better if the shampoo, bath gel, conditioner comes in refillable type instead of 3 separate bottles - definitely will save cost buying the small bottles.

We had a pleasant 3d2n stay at Holiday Villa. Service was impeccable and room was clean and spacious. Good buffet breakfast spread with rotation during our stay. Strategic location, near to KSL with many eateries and massage parlours around the vicinity. Will definitely be back again.

Second time staying here with kid. Kid enjoyed the stay. Location is next to KSL just cross road to reach. Hotel Breakfast place and selection was huge. Swimming pool has infinity view. 1.2m only but the length is about a lap. Room was huge. Bathtub and king size bed was so comfy. Even the bedroom slipper is available in the room but no bathrobe. Bed and pillows are comfy too! Service is commendable. I only realised I left my wallet in the room safe box after check out. The staff were helpful and Ms Norahakim (hope i got your name correct) quicky escorted us back to the room to retrieve my wallet from the safe box. Thank you very much Holiday Villa JB.

Repeat stay... noticed cleanliness improved alot. table, bed side table, toilet shelf are not dusty like it used to be. Well done to the chambermaids. Counter staff are helpful too.

the location is strategic as it is just opposite the KSL mall and 5mins drive from city square and CIQ. Room is clean and tidy. Overall service is good. Thanks

Excellent service although I wish the breakfast has more meat than carbohydrates. Third time staying and close to good food eateries!

Room was decently sized but showing its aged. Reception was firm on 2 access card issuance and refused to issue more cards for convenience. Proximity to KSL for shopping and dim sum below hotel.

I like the location as it is near KSL mall and lot of shopping and nice restaurants to dine.

Spacious and clean rooms with a decent hotel buffet breakfast. Hotel is conveniently located opposite KSL.

Saw cockroach in my room table and toilet. I stay there for 2 nights. Saw it twice. Hotel need to improve in pesticide control. Additionally, their carpet is rundown.

It was a fruitful staycation for my hubby birthday. The Reception staff was super helpful because it was an unplanned staycation. Due to the last minute booking, the staff had to seek their reservation assistant and we are appreciate their help. From the hotel lobby, restaurant, guest room walkway was so clean and beautiful. We stayed in their Premier Suite and we love it. The room is very spacious, sofa area was so comfortable while watching movie. Breakfast was delicious with variety of dishes. Our check out was very smooth too. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Villa Hotel, Johor Bahru. Thank you to all their staffs for making our stay very comfortable. Keep smiling and happy working. We will recommend to our families and friends and sure to come back again.

The location is literally beside KSL Mall. And it’s easily accessible around JB town. First experience to stay in this hotel. It’s spacious. Worth a night to stay.

Checking in and out is fast around 5 minutes. Could have made more seamless and paperless w/o needing to sign. Location is fantastic. Buffet Breakfast is good from 6am to 9am. Room is big. Not crowded during weekday. Ample of amenities around the hotel itself.
