All good, stay delayed, checked in around 6pm, but able to get nearby mall to hang around. Parking ok, easy to find, parking foc

Conveniently as Mall is just a few minutes beside the hotel. Room is spacious. Have been staying several time whenever I am in JB. My first choice hotel to stay.

The parking is shared with the mall. If you're lucky, you can park close to the hotel elevator, but if not, you might end up parking quite far away. Check-in was quick, and the room size was decent. The chair had a cigarette burn hole that hadn't been repaired. Overall, the cleanliness was acceptable. Breakfast was crowded but had many options, and the food was satisfying and tasty. Check-out was fast and easy. You need to swipe your card at the front desk for free parking.

The room was quite spacious, the location was convenient for getting around, and the breakfast was also good.

Good hotel. Only lighting in the room is dim. If brighter will be great but its a great hotel with lots of shopping area near by. Although no durians allowed in hotel premises got durians just outside the hotel

Repeated stay at ksl. Good location. Convenient to gi anywhere. We like our stay. We stayed at tower 2.

Conveniently located with lots of eatery around the hotel. Bed is comfortable with a Queen bed and a single bed, good for 3 pax. High floor with a nice night view of the surrounding area.

Paid and chose this hotel exclusively because it advertised a bathtub, but unfortunately this turned out to be one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The first issue started when the air conditioner began leaking directly onto our bed, as it was positioned right above it. The leak was significant enough to leave a large damp patch on the bed. We immediately called for assistance, but it took over an hour for the issue to be addressed. During this time, we missed a restaurant reservation we had planned for. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of communication. We had to call multiple times before we were finally informed that maintenance had only just responded. Even after being told someone was on the way, it took even longer before the technician arrived. When the technician inspected the aircon, he informed us that it was not a minor issue and would take some time to fix. After opening the air conditioner, even more water poured out onto the bed and floor. By then, the sheets, mattress, and surrounding area were already wet. Later on , the hotel only replaced the bedsheets despite the mattress having been soaked with dirty water from the air conditioning unit. While the air conditioning issue was eventually resolved, our problems did not end there. Later, we discovered that the bathtub was leaking badly. This was not a small leak,it caused a large amount of water to pool across the bathroom floor. My partner nearly slipped and fell because we were unaware of how much water had accumulated. Thankfully, she managed to grab onto the sink and avoid injury. Initially, we thought the water might have been caused by splashing during use, but we tested it by simply filling the bathtub without anyone inside. Water still leaked onto the floor. We ended up using four towels just to reduce the slipping hazard. To make matters worse, the bathtub drain was cracked and damaged, and the bathroom floor became extremely slippery when wet. This was a serious safety hazard. Had an elderly guest been staying in this room, I am certain that an injury would have occurred. We understand that this is an older hotel, but basic amenities such as air conditioning, bathtubs, drainage systems, and room maintenance should still be kept in proper working condition. The bathtub leak in particular was completely unacceptable and made our stay a horrendous experience This experience significantly affected our trip, and we will never be returning unless these issues are properly addressed. Maybe we were unlucky and other rooms are better maintained, but if you are still strongly considering staying here, I recommend avoiding Room 27-06 for your own peace of mind.

The pillow case has blood stain at the back side, lightings are dim, hotel is old and the parking area is dirty and smelly. Convenient location though, will I stay again? The answer is no, unfortunately.

KSL hotel is a very popular staycation hotel for all types of travellers and have a lot of things to do like shopping and dining. The hotel room is clean and tidy. Aircon is strong and quiet too.

Fast check in and check out. Free parking and good spread of breakfast. Ksl Mall just beside with lots of food around. Lotus at LG.. Rooms aircon is cold. Bathroom is large and good water heater. Highly recommend if you ate in JB city centre

Arrived at this hotel and found a mall right downstairs 🏬. There's food, drinks, massages 💆🏻♀️, hair salons 💇🏻♀️, nail salons 💅🏻, and clothes and little trinkets too! Staying on the 20th floor offers great night views. The room was clean, hygienic, and comfortable. I'll definitely come again! 😍
