The room was very clean and quiet, and the breakfast was superb! The service was excellent; every staff member greeted us warmly with a smile. We were able to get a late check-out. The hotel has two free parking lots, and the one on B1 has charging stations, which is great for electric vehicles. We even received complimentary welcome fruit and a welcome card upon check-in, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch! Food delivery was handled by cute robots. The location is good, just a short taxi ride from the train station. The facilities are new, comprehensive, and well-designed, perfectly meeting our needs. The space is also very well laid out!

Nice hotel, good service and a clean comfortable quiet room. The location could be a little better if in an area with more close shopping but getting a Didi to get around wasn't a problem. If going on a return trip to Kali we would likely stay here again.

1. Our original room had unidentified flying insects, and we didn't open the window during our stay. 2. When we discovered the insects, the hotel promptly moved us to another room. However, we had already finished showering by then, which was inconvenient, but we were worried there might be more, so we had to move. 3. During the pre-booking phone call, we weren't informed of the noise from the nearby construction. We placed a non-cancellable reservation, but were not informed until after arrival. There are barbecue stalls all over the outside of the hotel. The security guard at the door stood there like a wooden stake, not giving any instructions for parking.
