"Worst hotel I've ever stayed in! Cleanliness: As soon as I entered the room, I was greeted by an overwhelming smell of air freshener. My rhinitis flared up, and there was a puddle of water on the floor. That's not all, but when I returned that night, I found a cigarette butt in the bathroom! Service: I suggest the woman who checked me in should change her job. She didn't even look up or greet me. She checked me in at 4:50 PM and said one of my rooms hadn't been cleaned. She wasn't willing to be flexible, and a man offered to give me the other room. Never mind all that. They charged me a 100 yuan deposit upon check-in, and it's been two days since I've gotten it back!!! If I hadn't accidentally seen my payment history, I wouldn't have known they hadn't refunded my deposit. I'm completely convinced. (I've called the front desk to get the 100 yuan deposit refunded. The woman who answered the phone and refunded me was very friendly and apologized.) (The above review is true. I accept legal responsibility for any inaccuracies.)"

The Most Sleep-Friendly Hotel
"Generally speaking, it's OK, mainly because the environment is good and quiet in a busy city, but the service is really average. There are several questions and suggestions: 1. Although the breakfast is arranged in a nine-square grid, it looks good in photos and the noodles are delicious, but the breakfast is exactly the same every day, which is a bit ordinary and has no novelty; 2. It is not convenient to have only one trash can in such a large space of the family room, and there is no full-length mirror. The air conditioner is a bit loud; 3. The main problem is the service. The room we booked included a pick-up service. Because the high-speed train was at 9:00 the next morning, we asked the waiter one day in advance to help book a car for 8:40. When we had breakfast at 8:30, we also reminded the front desk waiter that we were leaving at 8:45 and asked for help to book a car. As a result, we were leaving at 8:45 and the car would not arrive for another 10 minutes... The waiter was not in a hurry. Later, we took a taxi and it arrived in three or four minutes... It was really speechless... It almost delayed things."
