Upon arrival at Kailinan Station, the PIC of Leili sent someone to pick us up. She even recommended us places to go and to dine in Kaili during the short drive. To our surprise, all the staff of Leili are female! Wow, it was all girls power and we were so impressed of how well they have managed the homestay! The homestay is artistically designed and decorated,the ambience is so cozy, the rooms are so new and clean. Not forgetting, the staff are so enthusiastic and kind to share us some information about Kaili. The homestay even provided us with welcome afternoon tea sets which serves their local tea and midnight dessert (green bean soup). We just feel so home staying in Leili. =)

Convenient location right opposite Wanda plaza. Clean premises fairly large rooms well decorated and professional staff eager to help. They served us some fruit and snacks every evening of our stay.

The room was clean and tidy, the service was meticulous and attentive, and they even upgraded us to a room free of charge, fulfilling our wish for a quiet environment. The refrigerator was stocked with chilled drinks, water, and snacks. The pillows and mattress were also super comfortable. We will definitely come again. The breakfast was also quite good.

All the friendly Reception Counter staffs including the Supervisor were cheerfully receiving us. The Supervisor chatted with us making us so welcomed while her staffs were busy registering us. The cleansing staff greeted us when they saw us walking to our room. The hotel is super clean and looks classy. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beds were large and comfortable to sleep on. We regret that we had only two days stay in Kaili. We checked out with poignancy. This beautiful hotel is highly recommended. We will definitely come back to this unforgettable Hotel again the next time we visit Kaili.

The room was simple, and facing a main road uncomfortably noisy. The staff were okay, being low season and the breakfast closed, they prepared a noodles, though it had to be supplemented with food from outside.

Fantastic hotel with exceptional service. Mum and I stayed in this accommodation for 3 nights, and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has brand new rooms and facilities, and is clean. The staff are super helpful and courteous. Especially the front desk team. I don’t remember all of them, but team member number 26 was always smiley (they all referred to themselves in numbers, interesting practice). The hotel location is between the city centre and the train station, close to the local art and crafts market (within walking distance). Highly recommended activity is to visit Xia Si old town, where you can experience traditional clothes dying and painting technics that’s special to ethnic communities in Kaili.

I loved the localisation so nice to have little walk in the old center and discover the traditional work of Miao people ! The hostel is nice and clean, I didn’t met the staff but it didn’t bother me, I had a good stay ! I had just a problem because I came late one night and the door was locked, thank God I had a friend who could give me a place to stay, but they should give the code of the door…they didn’t apologise or repay me for the night but they accept that I stay and take a nap until 15h

A cozy hotel. The hotel is easy to find, right in the city center. There is a shopping district downstairs, which is convenient for shopping and tasting local delicacies. The lady at the front desk was very attentive and even upgraded my room for free when I arrived. The room is spacious and bright, and the bedding is comfortable and soft. There are also some snacks and treats in the lobby. Very user-friendly. There is also a projection in the room. I'm tired of shopping. After returning to the room, lie on the comfortable bed and watch a movie or use your mobile phone to cast the screen. Very comfortable. This hotel also has a large garden for your stay. You can enjoy the flowers in the garden. Drink tea and chat. And the transportation of this hotel is very convenient. A great stay experience, highly recommended.
