GGuest UserThe service on the hotel provided is superb excellent, I would like to specially thanks to âYang Yangâ as she helped me a lot on my needs and enquiries. The breakfast, teatime refreshment and night dessert are nice too, especially for the night dessert, its warmth my heart and stomach after long day trip back to hotel at night.
The hotel is very new, clean and well equipped too! I'm happy with the stay here and highly recommend on this hotel when you travel to Kaili.

GGuest UserThe room was excellent and impeccably clean. All the facilities were brand new, and they even used well-known brands. For instance, the air conditioning and water heater were Midea, the faucets and showerheads were Jomoo, and the doors were Meixin. Even the curtains were electric, and the windows were sparkling clean. Overall, my experience was fantastic. Its location, just 700-800 meters from the train station, made it incredibly convenient.

First of all, I have to mention that the location of the hotel is extremely convenient, and shopping nearby is very convenient. Whether it is daily necessities or special snacks, I can easily find them within a short distance, which provides great convenience for my travel. The service attitude of the staff is top notch. From the moment you step into the hotel, you can feel their enthusiasm and professionalism. Xiaoli at the front desk patiently answered all my questions and the check-in process was efficient and fast. If you encounter any problems during your stay at the hotel, the staff will always appear as soon as possible and solve them properly. Their smiles and care made me feel at home. The room was clean and tidy with complete facilities, providing a comfortable environment for me to rest. In short, this hotel is very satisfactory in terms of location and service quality. I highly recommend it to everyone.

OOtautahianI chose this hotel because I wanted to be near water, and to be out of the main town (Kaili) - that said, this hotel is just a 20-minute drive from Kaili South Station.... You can't drive to the door of the hotel, so use a map app to help you walk to the hotel from where your taxi drops you off (don't worry, you won't walk far).
The hotel has a lovely courtyard, big bright rooms and you can go to the roof to over look the river and parts of Xiasi Old Town. For breakfast when I was there the selection was sour noodles, congee, boiled eggs and pickled cucumber.

GGuest UserI came from Sichuan to travel to Qianhu Miao Village and stayed in Kaili for one night. This was the most satisfying hotel in this Guizhou trip. As soon as you enter the hotel lobby, you will find the decoration is grand and the front desk service is good. The room is also unexpectedly good, large and clean with a comfortable bed. There is also an open-air balcony and the toiletries are also very good. I have stayed in LeFeng and Vienna in Guiyang, and I am most satisfied with this one. I didn't expect that I could stay in such quality for just over 100 yuan. Must support the hotel to write a review! There are many places to eat downstairs in the hotel. We went to a seafood restaurant next to it and the food was also very good! Overall, the trip to Kaili was very goodđ

2288052****Excellent value for money! For this price, getting a hotel with such good hygiene and a pleasant environment is truly a steal! It's very close to the high-speed train station, just a seven or eight-minute walk. The front desk staff are friendly, and their smiles are comforting. The bedding is very comfortable, the pillows are just the right softness, and with good soundproofing, I slept soundly until I woke up naturally â really nice! The separate wet and dry bathroom is super convenient, with plenty of hot water, and the toiletries are of good quality. It was a very comfortable stay!
The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's decent. The bone soup was very fragrant and satisfying!
The hotel offers free parking and 24-hour hot water, and the facilities are well-maintained. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserI loved the localisation so nice to have little walk in the old center and discover the traditional work of Miao people ! The hostel is nice and clean, I didnât met the staff but it didnât bother me, I had a good stay ! I had just a problem because I came late one night and the door was locked, thank God I had a friend who could give me a place to stay, but they should give the code of the doorâŠthey didnât apologise or repay me for the night but they accept that I stay and take a nap until 15h
