Beautiful location at the top of a quiet, authentic town. The host is lovely and went above and beyond to look after us - he even drove us to dinner and back! Definitely recommend this stay

This homestay in Xiasi Ancient Town was probably my favorite place we stayed during our trip. The property has a charming farmhouse feel blended with modern comfort. Inside, the design is clean and updated, while outside you step into a rustic, peaceful setting with plants growing around the courtyard and a small pond that makes it feel like you’re staying on a quiet farm. The beds were extremely comfortable, the room temperature was perfect, and the views were lovely and calming. The owner was very kind and welcoming, and we enjoyed delicious rice noodles for breakfast. Xiasi Ancient Town itself is super cute and worth exploring, and staying here made the experience even more special. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a peaceful, cozy, and memorable stay.

Clean and hygienic. The front desk service was very professional. The lobby has computers, a fax machine, and a copier available for use, and they even offer nutritious porridge in the evening. However, I suggest they remove the deposit policy, as it's a bit uncomfortable for guests. Perhaps it was due to my room type or orientation, but I didn't find the view outside the window to be particularly great. The parking lot is huge, so you can park anywhere, and there's a large supermarket downstairs.

A very quiet and peaceful area, slightly outside of Kaili core, but more than made up for by the quality of the accommodation and the service. Breakfast was a hit!

I picked the most expensive among many homestays (the price of 528 yuan in Xiasi Ancient Town is already the ceiling), I also booked a riverside standard room, but it turned out to be hot. I called the front desk and said that I was coming. The front desk said that you were about to enter the scenic spot. If you couldn't find it, you called them at the bridge. Well, my family of four, dragging a big suitcase, bought a sightseeing ticket, told the driver to go to the bridge, and then we arrived at the bridge, can not find the front desk, the front desk said I don't know where you said it? (In fact, it is two or three hundred meters away), well, drag the suitcase and take the sightseeing bus to the station that the front desk said, and then contact the front desk, the front desk said yes, I arranged for someone to pick you up, (I thought that someone finally helped take the luggage), As a result, an aunt with an umbrella came, and beckoned us to follow her from afar. In fact, I want to say that their store's car can enter and exit the park, can't they send a car to pick people up at the door from the beginning? It doesn't cost much. Really speechless ➕ 1. Finally arrived at the front desk. I just met someone who wanted to live. The front desk actually took a bunch of room cards, which made people take the guests to see each room, pick each room, and it is cheap (480 yuan, I heard it, and later I don’t know if there is any reduction). I asked, it can be cheaper offline, the front desk did not answer for the first time, I asked again, she said that because the time was already more than 4 o'clock, the problem was that I also booked it online for the first two or three hours. I wanted to say that I sent breakfast to make up for my psychological discomfort. The front desk was resolutely unable (I saw my previous hotels drag my family with my mouth, or I would upgrade the room for free. Otherwise, I will give breakfast), I can say that this store is ”iron face selfless”, I am speechless ➕ 2😪😪😪 into the room, except for the toilet paper towels, the room is no paper towels (so far, I have taken children out every winter and summer vacation, and now my eldest child is 13 years old. The only room is not equipped with paper towels), but fortunately I brought my own, there are no paper towels in the room, there are not many toilet paper towels, and the front desk can't find anyone. The comrades who didn't bring their own will find a way. They are speechless. There is a central TV set, and the other charges are the only one. Sometimes, when you are tired, you want to lie down in the hotel, and the child can't watch the TV. 😪😪😪😪😪 Let's talk about the air conditioner. It was on for more than 16 all day, forced cooling, and there was no cold. The child didn't need to cover the quilt when he slept. He was speechless. The standard room on the riverside, I thought I saw the cruise ship, but this river is not the river. It turned out to be a small branch of the big river. Except for mosquitoes, there are a little more bees and flies, and there is nothing to look at. In summary, in Guizhou for 10 days, I changed six homestay hotels. This is the most speechless. This time I stayed at Mantianyu Hotel and the experience was superb, it must be five-star praise! The lobby is decorated in a bright atmosphere, the height is very comfortable, the overall clean and textured, and the public area is well maintained. The check-in at the front desk is efficient and patient, the service attitude is particularly good, and there are questions and answers. The location is also very convenient, eating and traveling around are very worry-free, the overall price is very high, I will choose here next time!

Amazing hotel in a great location in Kaili center. Close to lots of food and bar options, as well as shopping. Also close to bus station. This hotel is very comfortable to stay at as a foreigner, they have many aspects similar to Western hotels that aren’t commonly found in China, like offering free ice, coffee, softer beds, etc. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are meticulously clean and have very modern amenities like automatic lights and a smart toilet. There’s also a balcony which is great to relax on. My only advice is that I had a bit of trouble finding the location, it would be good if they could give instructions on how to find the hotel.

The room was clean and hygienic, although a bit small; the view from the window was breathtaking, unforgettable, even though I only stayed one night; the guesthouse is located in the town center, by the river, though a bit hard to find following the map; the facilities included a projector and a smart toilet, very stylish, although the toilet wasted too much water and the projector was difficult to operate! In short, choosing this place was the right decision! If I go to Xiasi again, I'll definitely stay here again! Yay!
