I specifically chose this hotel for my trip to Kaili, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. I'm giving it five stars across all four dimensions. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and the room's soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a very peaceful rest. The room facilities are complete and well-maintained, and the entire room was meticulously cleaned. During check-in, Sister Chen was warm and enthusiastic, thoughtfully considering my travel needs and proactively helping me upgrade my room. Her service throughout was attentive and heartwarming. The hotel is close to the high-speed rail station, making travel and transfers convenient. There are also many local specialty foods nearby, such as sour soup fish and glutinous rice, making dining, accommodation, and sightseeing very hassle-free. The value for money is outstanding, and I will prioritize booking here again on my next visit.

This homestay in Xiasi Ancient Town was probably my favorite place we stayed during our trip. The property has a charming farmhouse feel blended with modern comfort. Inside, the design is clean and updated, while outside you step into a rustic, peaceful setting with plants growing around the courtyard and a small pond that makes it feel like you’re staying on a quiet farm. The beds were extremely comfortable, the room temperature was perfect, and the views were lovely and calming. The owner was very kind and welcoming, and we enjoyed delicious rice noodles for breakfast. Xiasi Ancient Town itself is super cute and worth exploring, and staying here made the experience even more special. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a peaceful, cozy, and memorable stay.

This hotel is the hotel I was very satisfied with during this trip. First of all, the location of the hotel is very good. Wanda is nearby, so eating and shopping are very convenient. Secondly, the hotel room is in good condition and very clean. Overall, it is a very cost-effective hotel. I should consider it next time I come to Kaili.

The location is relatively good, close to the Miao and Dong Style Garden. The lady who cleans the room is very hospitable and answers all questions. The room attendant was an uncle and the TV couldn't be turned on. The uncle came into the room at night to fix the TV. It didn't feel good, but the uncle was very polite. The fly in the ointment is that the air conditioner does not have hot air, and it is still a bit cold at night, especially if you are bringing children. It is recommended to add hot air to the air conditioner. I forgot to take photos in a hurry. The space in the house is okay. The floor drain is not very smooth. Everything else is okay.

The room was great, clean and tidy, and even had a smart assistant (XiaoDu), which was super convenient. The toilet also came with disposable seat covers, which was a nice touch and reassuring 😌. The bedding was pristine and odorless, very comfortable, and the mattress was also excellent. I booked a twin room, and the beds were quite large. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and ordering takeout was easy with the robot delivery service – truly fantastic!

Amazing hotel in a great location in Kaili center. Close to lots of food and bar options, as well as shopping. Also close to bus station. This hotel is very comfortable to stay at as a foreigner, they have many aspects similar to Western hotels that aren’t commonly found in China, like offering free ice, coffee, softer beds, etc. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are meticulously clean and have very modern amenities like automatic lights and a smart toilet. There’s also a balcony which is great to relax on. My only advice is that I had a bit of trouble finding the location, it would be good if they could give instructions on how to find the hotel.

The room was clean and hygienic, although a bit small; the view from the window was breathtaking, unforgettable, even though I only stayed one night; the guesthouse is located in the town center, by the river, though a bit hard to find following the map; the facilities included a projector and a smart toilet, very stylish, although the toilet wasted too much water and the projector was difficult to operate! In short, choosing this place was the right decision! If I go to Xiasi again, I'll definitely stay here again! Yay!

The room was clean and the floor was good. I was also satisfied with the people who had cleanliness with my wife. My wife’s gums were not good. The staff also helped us buy soft toothbrushes. The room really didn’t say the comfort of the bed. The folding degree was very satisfactory. Carey’s air was fresh and the exclusive travel was very good. The place to come to China World Trade Center is very close to China World Trade Center.
