Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir eu un surclassement car la chambre réservée initialement n’était pas encore prête vu l’heure précoce à laquelle nous sommes arrivés. The hotel is located in the core area of the attraction, there is no separate parking lot, parking for 20 yuan a day. The lakeside room is not big, the carpet is dirty, and there is garbage left by the front customers. The quilt cover is not clean. In particular, there are a lot of mosquitoes and no screen windows. Amazing hotel in a great location in Kaili center. Close to lots of food and bar options, as well as shopping. Also close to bus station. This hotel is very comfortable to stay at as a foreigner, they have many aspects similar to Western hotels that aren’t commonly found in China, like offering free ice, coffee, softer beds, etc. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are meticulously clean and have very modern amenities like automatic lights and a smart toilet. There’s also a balcony which is great to relax on. My only advice is that I had a bit of trouble finding the location, it would be good if they could give instructions on how to find the hotel.

I stayed in two rooms. The hotel was pretty good and conveniently located, right in the city center at Grand Cross. You can park for free, the room size is satisfactory, the hygiene is good, and the wet and dry are separated. Can issue invoices, Xiao Wu at the front desk has a good service attitude, thumbs up!
