I absolutely have to rave about this guesthouse! It was the most amazing stay I've had in Kaili! The infinity pool faces the river, and it's breathtakingly beautiful even on foggy days. Waking up in the morning and opening the door reveals stunning mountain and river views. The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room frame the scenery like a painting. The room details are amazing: herringbone wood flooring, bed with ambient lighting, high-quality bathroom fixtures, and even toiletries with the guesthouse's logo – you can tell the owner puts their heart into quality. I stayed for three days, and the experience was consistently excellent. I couldn't find a single fault with the cleanliness or service. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kaili!

The hotel is located next to Kaili Wanda Plaza, offering convenient access to the street. Driving is possible, and free parking is available. Taxis and buses are also available right outside the hotel. The distance to the Grand Cross is 1.5 kilometers, which is a reasonable distance. The rooms are well-equipped, including a laundry basket with laundry service. Hot water is available quickly, and the air conditioning is warm. In the evening, the waiter brings fruit to the room, and you can order milk and Tremella soup, also free of charge. The hotel provides disposable toilet seats, makeup remover wipes, and face towels. Breakfast includes freshly ground soy milk with a rich bean flavor, and the beef noodle soup in sour soup is delicious! The staff enthusiastically recommends tourist attractions. The village T show, featuring a local folk costume show, was a great experience!

Having stayed in so many hotels, this one really impressed me! The new Chinese style layout design is warm and elegant, which is my favorite decoration style. The room is clean and tidy, spotless, with great attention to detail, and there is no dust even in the corners. The fully intelligent facilities are really convenient. Robots deliver water, laundry reservations are made in the laundry room, and the equipment in the gym is also very new, which meets my daily exercise needs. The best thing is that the selection of toothbrushes and bath products is the most comfortable I have ever used in all the hotels I have stayed in. It seems that the boss is a person who pays great attention to the quality of life. The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station and the city center, which is perfect for people like me who travel frequently for business.

The hotel was well-maintained, clean and tidy. Although the facilities were older models, they were well-maintained, indicating excellent room service and management. However, the restaurant was a huge disappointment. Breakfast stopped at 9:30 AM, which was too early. When I arrived at 9:00 AM, all the dishes were empty. I had no idea what was on the empty plates. I only managed to grab some steamed cake, steamed dumplings, and a small piece of greens. Luckily, there was a noodle station where I could get some. There were many other guests waiting with empty plates, and in the end, I only got two plates of stir-fried greens. It was the first time I'd ever experienced not getting enough to eat at a hotel.

The hotel is located in Dashizi, making transportation very convenient. You can easily hail a taxi to Xianglu Mountain early in the morning, and on a clear day you can see the sunrise – it's even better if you go with a companion! The rooms are fully equipped with basic amenities; the toilet comes with a seat cover, and even a sewing kit is provided for emergencies. If you're too tired to leave the hotel, you can eat in the restaurant. Condiments are provided on each table when you need more ingredients for breakfast. For those wanting to experience local life, you can visit Kaili's No. 1 and No. 2 shopping malls, which have a vibrant, lively atmosphere. There's a night market street right near the hotel, within walking distance. The receptionist, number 22, was very patient and gave us some helpful suggestions for sightseeing, which was great, so we extended our stay for two more nights.

The stay was very comfortable. The front desk staff were very welcoming, the location was easy to find, the environment was elegant, and it was close to the bus stop. There were many restaurants downstairs, and the facilities were complete, including a smart home system. The room was clean, tidy, and cozy. When we left, the front desk staff even gave us some snacks. It was great value for money and highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again next time.

This stay was such a pleasant surprise! The hotel's facilities were outstanding and really caught my eye, and all the bathroom amenities were complete and worked perfectly. The cleanliness was impeccable; the sheets and duvet covers were spotless with no strange odors, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. The environment was quiet and peaceful, and the view from the window was quite expansive. Xiao Zhao at the front desk provided excellent service, always accommodating our requests, which made the experience truly exceptional!

I didn't take pictures. It was already 1.2 in the early morning. When I arrived, no one at the front desk shouted 2 voices. The front desk lady came. When checking in, I also talked to other staff at the same time and said that the car waited and asked the staff to help stop because the parking lot was too narrow for the guests to stop. Then it seemed to be finished, but the front desk was calling again. The room card and ID card were gone. I immediately gave it to me, and then I didn’t tell the number of floors. I didn’t explain the time of the breakfast. (Caused me to miss breakfast the next morning! Or call the front desk in the morning to ask the end time result 9: 30 is over. It's a bit early). After the front desk returned to God, I gave the room card and ID card, and then we went up with our luggage. Summary: The whole process at the front desk was not very enthusiastic and too flat. I didn't explain the specific time node to the guests, which caused me to miss breakfast! Then the room faces the street, and the hum of the car passing by can still be heard when the window is closed. Although the sound does not affect sleep. It is relatively not so quiet. That's it, I hope the hotel will strengthen management.

Choosing Qiancheng Hotel was definitely the right decision! The environment is quiet despite being in a bustling area. The lobby is spacious with high ceilings, making it feel spacious and not at all cramped. It's conveniently located near restaurants and shops. The facilities are complete, with strong water pressure from the shower, reliable Wi-Fi, and the mattresses are just the right firmness. Cleanliness is especially reassuring; the cleaning staff are very thorough, and the service is incredibly attentive. They even helped wash the children's socks. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone was welcoming and helpful, answering all questions promptly. Excellent value for money; I'll definitely stay here again!

There's parking available. Although it's on a main street, it's relatively quiet and doesn't disturb sleep. The cleanliness is acceptable, but the room facilities are indeed a bit old. There's a window, but it can't be opened on higher floors, so ventilation is poor. The price is reasonable, and the location is decent. Overall, a positive review.
