The hotel location was great, nearby both bus and train station. The service was beyond expectation with a great hospitality from Kevin. Supermarket was just right beside the hotel, and we could take food up to the reception and eat there. The street is a bit busy during the day with traffic but in the evening was calm throughout the night.

Great services and good location

Everything is fine but the room was a little cold and far from the city center.

The room is small and smells funny, there's no hairdryer and the bathroom light is very dim

This hotel is within a residential apartment which surprised me when I arrived. All the hotel staffs were friendly and kind to me whether it is the guy at the front desk or the staffs serving breakfast. The breakfast was not the best but it is ok given to the price I paid. If there is any complaint, I would say that the WiFi at 6F is horrible. It keeps disconnecting all the time. WiFi at 7F seems to be working normally, if I connect it from the bathroom of my room at 6F. However, the signal lost as soon as I leave the bathroom.

The room was old and not very clean. There might be bed bugs, as I had a lot of small bites. The staff was quite nice. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

Everything is new, and they explain everything well and there are good transport connections, especially the train to the airport.

The staff were friendly and I had a pleasant stay. I wish there was an air conditioner in the room.

The transportation location is great, buses and trains are nearby, and it is easy to buy things in nearby restaurants and supermarkets. It is 20 minutes away from urban traffic, and the room rate can be said to be cheap at the same time. I made an appointment with breakfast included, and I was more satisfied than expected. Freshly brewed cappuccino, espresso is worth it, fruit, croissant, milk, juice, eggs, ham, yogurt, unlimited, what else can you ask for ? The staff help to book a taxi, and the 24-hour service is great. The equipment is old and the sound insulation is poor. My room is right next to the counter. I can hear people talking and eating in the room. My room has a balcony, very comfortable
