C&N Resort&Spa is in Patong, and it takes 15 minutes to walk to the beach. However, it is very close to the Malin Night Market, which is a 5-minute walk away. The hotel has a spa shop, and the operation is separate from the hotel housekeeping department. The breakfast is so-so, with few varieties. The service is pretty good 🉑️

After arriving at the hotel, when you want to leave the hotel from your room, you have to walk up the stairs, which is like going down a mountain. To get back to the hotel room, you have to go up the mountain and back to the room. If you have difficulty walking, it is not recommended to stay in this hotel. The hotel facilities are old and the breakfast is not too much. There are many choices, there are many restaurants nearby, and there is a cooked food market. It takes 15-20 minutes to go to Patong Beach. If it is very hot when you go there at noon, one stay is enough.

The hotel has complete facilities, but it is too close to the main road. The horns of motorcycles and tuk-tuks are too noisy at night. Thailand is quiet in the morning. Generally, when booking on Ctrip, the hotel front desk arranges rooms at the elevator entrance or the stairway. Also in the corner, it may be arranged in the middle during the off-season, and sometimes the room may be upgraded.

Got this room at a bargain price so rated accordingly (ended up listing 50% more expensive near travel date). I opted for a city view over pool view and glad I did as it was cheaper and did not look much different as the pool is half way down the slope anyway. I had a ground floor room which I preferred, like a ground villa, I think room 208, very easy access to the lifts and basically no steps. Other rooms are upstairs and just balconies. The rooms are old fashioned, which I like but the younger traveller could find the room dated. Pool area ok (deep in parts). Didn’t try the restaurant, but there is one. Entry a pain as there are a few steps to lift but I’m sure the lobby can collect luggage. Motorcycle shop across the road had good prices and easy to deal with. There is as a 7-11 and pool table bar also, not much else. There is an excellent food market towards the beach and further along (300m) a set of bars (if that’s your thing). Some massage shops around but very busy at peak times. Reasonably handy location but a taxi ride to the centre of town.

It feels different from a traditional hotel. When you open the door, you will find the bed. Walking further inside is the bathroom. Maybe it’s because you live on the first floor. When you go out, you will find the swimming pool on the first floor. The night market is across the alley directly facing the hotel. It’s about 100 meters away, very close. Overall, it’s very cost-effective and worth recommending.

When we checked out, we were told that the TV was broken and we had to pay 13,000 baht. We had not touched the TV during our three-day stay. Finally, we went to the police station with the hotel staff. After the police answered the call from the hotel owner, they said that they would definitely let us go. We lost money. I repeatedly reiterated that I had not damaged the TV. The police saw that I was resolute and left. Our whole family did not eat or drink and spent a whole day at the police station. During this period, the hotel staff called the boss and we used translation software. For the record, the hotel housekeeper broke the TV when she was cleaning the room, so she blackmailed us to pay for it. Because if we didn’t pay, they had to pay for themselves. Later, the elderly and children were tired, hungry and about to suffer from heatstroke. I had no choice but to pay 4,000 baht. This is simply a nightmare. The Thai police and Thai hotels are very unfriendly to the Chinese. They often do this kind of thing, but I will definitely defend my rights to the end. I will contact the embassy, ​​tourism bureau, and all online platforms to expose them. !

I arrived at the hotel after eight o'clock. It wasn't until after 11 o'clock that I finally took a shower and rested. I really don't recommend this hotel. I don't know who will be injured next. The hotel does not have any compensation measures for injured people. It seems that the wound on the face is not important. If not for the second time I had to catch a flight to the airport before I left. I really wanted to scold the manager face to face. Because when I left, the employee said that you can go to the second floor to meet our manager and asked me to go up by myself. At that time, the car to the airport also arrived. It was really a bad idea to block this hotel.

1⃣️性價比很高，酒店就在馬路邊，對面就有711以及換匯的亭子，出門左邊200米就是西蒙**秀，大概500米附近就有超級繁華的夜市！和巴東海灘總之對於家庭旅遊來説，非常方便 2⃣️酒店服務也很好，中途房間鑰匙丟了，竟然很巧的被人撿到放到前台，一大驚喜，前台小哥溝通起來也很流暢；房間設施很好，唯一不太好的有一點，房間裏的純凈水飲料等都是收費的，但沒有價格單，最開始以為是免費的，所以這個希望改進一下 3⃣️整體比較滿意，下次去還會再次選擇！
