Nice homestay with very friendly and helpful owners. Hote'ls exterior and interior are beautiful and stylish. Room has everything your need.
Location is convenient to get everyone in Kai Yuan.
Very important thing for us - this homestay is pet friendly 🖤
So we cood come with our two dogs.
If we have next time in this city, we definitely stay here again.

作為來回家的開遠人這個民宿讓我很自豪。比很多旅遊景點的名宿有趣又美麗。我定的這套房還可以壁爐烤火。第一次攏火太好玩了，哈哈哈。老闆非常好，好給了我引火的固體酒精、火機。下次回來我還會繼續來這裏。好喜歡這裏的感覺。這家酒店是我本次出行住過的最好的酒店

老闆人熱情友愛.
客棧環境好.氛圍不錯.
附近一兩公里就有非常好吃的米線店.
去市中心南正街各種逛吃也方便.
可步行.出租車也方便.去哪裡都起步價左右.
小朋友住得不想走了.衹言下次還要來
開遠真是好吃好在的.特色好吃的真是多的吃不過來

比較有特色的一家民宿，在半山上，看得出老闆很用心在做，也收拾得很乾凈，房間下午有陽光照射很明亮，遺憾的是沒有了天台衹能待在房間。因為是木板搭建的，所以樓上走動聽得很清晰，晚上不知是不是退房了，沒有嘈雜，一大早有大公雞叫。位置在很乾凈的花果木街，很乾凈規劃的很好，走路可以去到後面的鳳凰山看鳳凰燈樓，山對面是鳳凰湖，很適合隨便散步。因為臨時改變行程去蒙自，一大早就走了，希望下次來還可以住有陽台的房間

超級高性價比，小院子處處可以看出老闆的用心，老闆很健談豪爽，邀請大家吃烤豆腐和餌塊.....附近小巷子有很大的酸角樹，滿滿的酸角.......一進來就很放鬆，不錯的民宿👍

很有特色的小客棧，位置很好，就在CBD街對面，鬧中取靜，客棧是利用原來村落的老房子改造的，日式房全部是木頭臨時搭建的，設計感滿滿，就是房屋質量不太牢靠，有點搖搖欲墜。硬件設施一般，淋浴花灑壞的（我順手修好了）不過，良心評價，這個性價比，住這樣的房間，很讚了👍，還有個小院子，院子裏有小泡池孩子超愛❤❤如果安全和硬件方面再改善一下就更好了，有機會還會來的。

客棧在城南的一個經過舊屋改造的老房裡，頗有鄉村生活氣息，可以體驗當地的民風民俗，可惜老闆與客人交流不多。我住的時候碰到下雨，第一天雨不大，很有“小樓昨夜又雨聲”的鄉村風味，第二天傍晚下大雨，發現房間多處漏水，好在床鋪位置沒有漏。畢竟是雨季了，建議房東下雨的時候檢查一下5號房的漏水情況，應該是天台上漏下來的，底樓的洗手枱位置更是雨大。

位置方便，但拿着行李要爬一個大坡比較困難，房間景色很好，設施比較差，衞生也差，上一波客人用過的一次性拖鞋都沒有給清理走。訂的房間門鎖故障折騰了好久。
