以前も柴山は泊まったことがありましたがまる屋さんは初めての宿泊です 小さいながら清潔でホスピタリティに溢れた静かな宿です 夕食は柴山で獲れた活番蟹のコースに柴山蟹の刺し身を付けて頂きました 刺し身は余計だったと思える1人一杯の番蟹の大きさと焼き、鍋の量です 特に炭火で目の前で焼く甲羅焼きは新鮮な蟹味噌はペーストではなくこんな粒の集合であったかと驚きましたし色が黄金色で美しかったです 蟹の概念が変わりました 柴山の蟹料理を味わうには最適の宿でした 冬に蟹が解禁されたらまたこちらに伺いたいと思います 翌朝の蟹ご飯も蟹の味噌汁も良いお味で蟹ご飯のお握りをお土産に頂き感謝です ありがとうございました
