I'm always satisfied. I changed my two-night stay to one, but I appreciate your quick response.

Due to traffic congestion, we had to check in later than planned, but when we informed them we would be late, they handled the situation very courteously.

There is a large public bath and laundry facilities, which is convenient.

The location is good and there are Dairex, Matsukiyo, Cosmos Izakaya and family restaurants nearby, so you won't have any trouble. We had dinner in the hotel because it was raining, but it was delicious! Due to various circumstances, we were unable to enjoy the hot springs and breakfast that we were looking forward to, so if we have the opportunity to go to Kanoya, we would like to book this hotel again ^_^

It's unusual to have fresh flowers in the guest rooms. The hotel's large public bath seems to have been renovated, and the men's one is very clean. However, it closes at 11pm, so I wish it was open a little later. For dinner, I had a sashimi set meal at the restaurant in the hotel. It was filling and tasty, but the sashimi itself was small, which was disappointing. For breakfast, the satsumaage and carpaccio were excellent. The carpaccio had even larger sashimi than the dinner. I think the breakfast here is of a high standard.

The room I stayed in smelled like urine, which made me feel sick, but I was so exhausted from a 600km bike ride that I didn't have the energy to change rooms and went to bed. The next day, I felt itchy and found four insect bites from my left calf to my ankle. They were so itchy, and a pus-like liquid was coming out of the center! I really regret staying in such a dirty and filthy hotel. What's more, it was on the first floor and was as dark as a basement. Also, the itch on my left leg still hasn't gone away. I will never stay at this hotel again. I learned a lesson.

The environment is quiet, the place and facilities are clean, the bathing facilities are very good, and there is ample free parking. It is highly recommended. It would be even better if the restaurant could be opened for guests to use.
