Very good hotel

The hotel is in a good location, very close to JR Station and Takashimaya. The hotel is a bit old, but the water pressure is very good and the shower is very comfortable.

It's close to Kashiwa Station, has all the basic amenities you need, and has a Saizeriya restaurant in the basement, so it's just the right environment. The front desk is open 24 hours a day, and the lobby is spacious, so you can feel safe and secure. The walls are thin, so it's a good idea to bring earplugs.

I arrived early, but they kindly took care of me and said it was okay. The staff was nice and it was a comfortable hotel. I was surprised to find a glasses cleaner, which was very helpful. I'm really grateful to this hotel and I want to go again.

A safe hotel. It was raining heavily when I went to take the exam. The hotel lent me an umbrella. I was so touched. There are convenience stores, McDonald's, Matsuya, etc. next to it, and the house didn't collapse during the earthquake. There is a laundry room and vending machines. If you are thirsty, you can solve it in the hotel.

It was a very nice room. I only stayed for one day, but I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

I was supposed to check out before 10:00, but I called the front desk at around 8:00 to request a late check-out. The front desk staff didn't speak English, so I don't know if they understood me. I actually left the room at 11:58, and checked out at 12:03. They charged me 1890 yen for 3 hours of overtime, which was charged based on 10:00-13:00.

The room is a little old, but it is close to the station and there are several restaurants right in front of the hotel and next to it. It is a very convenient location. It is not difficult to get around even on rainy days.
