Very good location and spacious room

Good breakfast, walking distance to center city. It’s not located on main street so it’s more quiet

The hotel was pleasant and provided a comfortable stay, although there was significant noise from outside. The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better, as we found hairs in the shower. Overall, the experience met our expectations, but the lack of friendliness from the staff led us to change to a nearby hotel.

Hotel was good, location was perfect near to Thamel! I was surprised that extra mineral bottles were charged, and the staffs should have been more friendly!

Love it. Cosy vibe, room is clean, staff are nice and friendly. Breakfast is also good, in the corner of Thamel areas, which is quiet at night.

On my first night here, I was put in a different building. The room looked unfinished. No working kettle or TV. Everything was slightly dirty and lighting and fixtures were hanging out of the walls. I was too tired from my day of travelling to complain. The next morning they asked me if I would like to change room (without me even asking) and I was put in a beautiful room in the main hotel. I was very disappointed in the first night and they should not have sold that room. The second night was wonderful.

For the second stay a week apart in this hotel, we had an apartment in the building next to the main entrance. Unlike the rooms in the main building, which are very clean and groomed, this apartment has very dirt walls and a malfunctional bathroom (clogged shower...).

It was good. I did enjoy my stay. The location is very good. Everything is easily accessible.

Great hotel in a good location just a minute walk to the main part of Thamel. Great service and facilities.

Perfect service

I stayed here for three nights, after staying one night and staying elsewhere the other day. Although I ended up not using the service, they were very accommodating with airport transfers and were happy to store my luggage outside of my stay. Breakfast is served buffet-style on busy days, but can be ordered on other days. The only downside is the loud band music, but it's not too bothersome. There's plenty of hot water.

The hotel staff is friendly and check-in is quick. The hotel is conveniently located, but you have to walk into the end of the alley. The room is slightly dilapidated and the furniture is somewhat damaged, but it does not affect the overall situation. The water pressure is relatively thin, making bathing a little troublesome. The breakfast tastes good and has a lot of choices.

The appearance is quite beautiful, the room is also very beautiful, and the room and lobby smell good (comfortable smell); because the flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu was delayed for an hour and a half that day, luckily the food was served late, at 10:30 pm You can still eat without going hungry💕! Check-out time is 11:00-12:00, which is pretty flexible.

It is located in Thamel district of Kathmandu, Nepal. The entrance is hard to find as it is down a narrow alley, but all the taxi drivers I used during my stay knew the location. The breakfast venue was crowded because I used it during the year-end and New Year holidays, but other than that I was able to have a relaxing breakfast. It's very convenient as you can walk to a busy street in about 5 minutes. I am satisfied because the room was clean and the cleaning was done properly.
