A vibrant hotel in the heart of the city with excellent accessibility.

The room made a decent first impression and did the bare minimum. But, it quickly became clear that it’s best suited for a very short stay. The bed was comfortable enough. Overall, the room is fine if you’re just passing through, but anything longer starts to feel like stretching it. Staff presence around the hotel was limited. They clearly run on a lean operation, which can go either way. The guard in front of the elevator stood out in the best possible way and added a genuinely warm, human touch, which helped balance things out. At check-in, I was given two complimentary cocktail coupons for the upstairs bar, which immediately lifted my spirits. This was a place I had enjoyed many times before and often recommended to friends and family. I had good memories of the atmosphere, the food, and the general vibe, so I went in with high hopes. In the past I had written raving 5-star reviews of their restaurant food and amazing service! Unfortunately, the experience that followed didn’t live up to those expectations. What should have been a simple, enjoyable night out unraveled into confusion and unwelcoming interactions. Small moments piled up, the mood shifted, and it became clear that the experience had gone off the rails. Rather than force it, my group and I decided to take our time and money elsewhere. Sometimes you read the room and move on. I returned to the hotel later that night and stayed over. Took a hot shower in the morning, loved the smell of their body wash, btw! Another brief interaction during checkout reinforced the same theme: rigid, abrupt, and lacking the kind of hospitality that makes guests feel welcome. All in all, it’s disappointing to see a place I once enjoyed and freely recommended lose its consistency and warmth. I’m no longer comfortable recommending it, and I’m not sure I would choose to return. As for the unused cocktail coupon, I still have it. Any takers?

Great location, perfect for party-goers. There's a bar upstairs and free drinks until dawn.

Good location but several bad things. First, smoke smell in the room. Second, the service, for example I was told I could get a breakfast to takeaway but it wasn’t delivered so I paid for it for nothing. The “gym” amenities are broken. Drinkable water ran out.

The hotel is located in the center of Thamel, which is very convenient with plenty of food and shops nearby. For the price, the facilities are acceptable and overall it’s a good option.

Location is amazing in Thamel, super easy to walk around for food and many things Staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful And there is a cocktail coupon every day Only breakfast was too late because my schedule to leave at 9 am but it was ready at 8.30 am and two days in a row. Overall it is very nice hotel to stay when you go to Kathmandu

The bar downstairs played music until 5 AM on the weekend, it was absolutely maddening.

WiFi wasn’t working at all in the room and it was very noisy throughout.

All the hotel staffs here are very nice and careful everyday! They gave me a chance to have Nepalese traditional liquor and served packed breakfast even my departure time is just before the time to start breakfast hour. Thank you for everything to support my stay.
