The location is really nice but the rooms are a little old. The room temperature control was not working. The quality of food and room service was good. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. It's a nice hotel with good staff and excellent location.

The location was great! the room was very clean with comfortable king bed and spacious bathroom ! the dinner was very good with both cold and hot dishes. Excellent staff & they are helpful in nature. We will definitely stay there again!

The pictures of room they are showing was not matching with actual room. Room was so dirty. Not worth the money. I was on my homeymoon and was embarrassed after seeing the room. Totally disappointed with hotel.👎🏿

I visited with my family of three people and booked two rooms. Both the rooms were very good.clean beautifully furnished and equipped with all the essentials. One of the best experiences of khajjiar. The hotel has really a royal view, ambiance and hospitality. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Food is equally good alongwith the ways of serving. They serve fresh warm food and home like dessert. Hot water is available 24 hrs and they also provided blowers for keeping the room warm.It was our best decision to book the hotel. Sonu Sharma ji is the best host who made our visit very comfortable. They also arranged for paragliding which was another help from their side. The paragliding team picked us from the hotel itself and we didn't have to go anywhere and the team was equally helpful.If got another opportunity to visit the place I would like to stay at this hotel and visit Dalhousie and chamera from here only.

Good hotel to spend time in Khajjiar. Mountain View. Room upkeep average. Service good. Team good. Recommend staying night in Dalhousie rather than staying in Khajjiar. Khajjiar is good place to visit and take photo session.

Hotel staff was very respectful and hospitable. Hotel is located at around 1. 5 km from main khajjiar gardens and is quite peaceful and no disturbance around hotel. View from room was breathtaking with snow capped mountains and paragliding activities were on display even from our room. Food was extremely delicious and service was quick and swift. Special care was taken of our needs. Will recommend to those who are looking for simple, hospitable, delicious food and peaceful location.
