We checked in late and noticed the room freezing cold, turned the thermostat up but still an hour later, not much change. I finally called front desk, which they sent someone to fix it. It helped but still took another hour or so to warm up more, but not working correctly. No one asked if we should change rooms or any comps for the time we spend freezing in the room and just wanted to go to bed.
