"The apartment was really good, everything was new and modern. Good kitchen and bathroom for two, also a good bed. Only the traffic noise was terrible from a three lane street below the windows. Only the best and most tired sleepers can sleep here. There is a 5 minutes walk to the metro station and one minute to a supermerket, bakery and coffee shops."

I had preconceived notions about single rooms with shared bathrooms until I discovered the Tempi Hotel and its ingenious facilities, where, despite sharing the bathroom, privacy and security are never compromised. The cleanliness, location, and service are 10/10. The attention from all the receptionists is wonderful. I arrived tired, not knowing Greek or English, and they helped me at every turn with warmth and great kindness. I highly recommend it and will return! __________ es impecable. "Very good location, close to everything, only 200 metres to Metro, good for family very roomy and cozy can accommodate up to 4 people with kitchen facilities including cooktop, toaster and microwave etc. the drawback is the shower screen in two panels and can’t close properly so the water will come out though making complaint to reception but can’t do anything due to design defects. However they did change the room for my friends who made a serious complaint with the one panel glass door shower."

"This morning I checked out of the hotel and encountered a strike and demonstration. My Uber couldn't pick me up from Piraeus Port on time, but thanks to the front desk staff, particularly a very helpful young man, I was able to get some great assistance and advice. Also, the location is super convenient, the beds are really comfortable, and they have all the amenities you need. Everyone leaves messages on the comment wall – highly recommended!"

"I recently stayed at Ermass Modern Living Apartments in Athens and overall had a pleasant experience. The property is in a very good and central location, with bus and metro connections nearby, making it easy to get around the city. It was also easy to find, which is a big plus for first-time visitors. The room was comfortable and practical, equipped with a mini-kitchen and utensils, which was convenient for light cooking. There is also a nice rooftop garden where you can relax and enjoy the view. The apartment is close to the famous Stani Greek restaurant, as well as several mini-markets for groceries and daily needs. An AC is provided, which made the stay comfortable during warmer days. A special mention and thanks to Thanos and Konstantina for their warm hospitality and constant support throughout the stay. They were very friendly, helpful, and always ready to provide useful information about places to visit, travel tips, and other local details. However, there are a few downsides to be aware of. The back side and nearby streets are not very clean, and the area does not feel very safe late at night. After around 10 PM, it’s better to avoid walking around, as we noticed several homeless individuals and people associated with ***** in the vicinity during nighttime. Overall, Ermass Modern Living Apartments offers great value, a central location, and helpful staff, but guests should be cautious about the surrounding area at night."

"It was okay overall. Breakfast was simple, but it was still nice that it was provided. However, I couldn't sleep well because the people sharing the same room snored a lot ㅠㅠㅠㅠ"

"The room was very clean. The location is excellent, providing easy access to the Acropolis and other attractions. It was quiet in the evenings. There's a supermarket conveniently nearby, and plenty of dining options are available within walking distance. A taxi to the airport takes about 40 minutes."

"Perfect for a one or two night stop. Kypseli is a bit down at heel as a district, but it's safe and there are excellent eating opportunities at St George's Square. 12 minutes walk from Viktoria Metro, so you can get to the airport in about 90 minutes with a change at Monasteraki. Rooms are simple, functional and clean. Bed is super comfortable, especially if you prefer a soft mattress. Everything is pin code operated for access after 9 pm so can't comment on staff. Very good value."

"The facilities and cleanliness were quite satisfactory. The location is excellent, very close to the metro and central to everything. They also helped me with an early check-in. My only issue was with the entry code on the last day. Communication can be slow, but once you get hold of them, they are solution-oriented."

"It's a clean, comfy studio with one big and 2 single beds and everything i need was provided. Very pleasant stay i had, very close to everything. Staff were super friendly, TV Microwave and kettle were working fine. Has bowls, glass, cups, spoons, forks and a mini refrigerator that was super helpful. One thing was hard and that's the sound of cars coming from the window."
