Great overall stay. Second time here. Wonderful view of the sea and surrounding area. Great perks if you booked an executive room. it's a bit far from sannomiya station, but they have a bus that brings you there and back so it's extremely convenient.

The place is nice and clean. The location is lied on the center of KOBE which is surrounding by all brand name shop and close to walking street. The atmosphere is quiet and beautiful. Very highly recommended . Considering a room is slightly big compared to a normal hotel in Kansai area

very nice this hotel as very close to shopping mall and many restaurant nearby. I m very love in Kobe and this hotel. Will introduce to friend if they go there.
Also nearby Kobe international hall for me to enjoy the concert of Koji and very easy to take transportation rail .

Great location! A 10min walk to sannomiya station, and all the nightlife. Tons of shopping centers, and a 20min walk to the harbor. Extremely clean and spacious for a solo traveler. Enjoyed my stay

It’s about 10 minutes walk distance from 三ノ宮 station. The bed and pillow was very comfortable, I slept well. However the sound insulation was bad, I could hear the walking and bumping noise around my room. Also the buffet breakfast was excellent, you have the option to buy it the night before so you can get cheaper price.

Nice location, and decently sized rooms. I am rather large myself, 188cm, so like most Japanese hotels, size is always an issue for me, but it would be fine for anyone around 170cm.
Cleaniness is fine, and lifts move quick. Wifi is good.
Room service is on request, but they supply fresh towels every day.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
