Was good, I liked the service and breakfast. The room was clean and tidy

We stayed total 4 nights in this hotel and enjoyed it a lot! Amazing breakfast and lounge service. For the farewell we got a personal cake from the dining room manager. It’s was very touching 🥰

It was good experience however now they stopped providing free office transfers even for nearby campus

Staff was amazing including Bijo, Libin, farhan IT guys was super amazing and kind.  Front concierge Joyal and sharif were super awesome!  Ashar front desk was amazing too.  Zakara was good helpful.

Really enjoyed my stay. Staff was very helpful. Will deffinity come again.

Everything was good they upgraded to us to a bigger suit and breakfast and service was excellent. Only carpet was smelling a bit and towels quality was average

Breakfast was brilliant, with a variety of dishes. Location is not great.

Does not allow the use of pool without a swimming cap! Unbelievable, wasn't even going to wet my hair and wanted me to purchase from them. Just another way to make money

Hotel is more suited for business travellers as nearby corporates offices suggests. As a solo leisure traveller the hotel was not for me, in terms of sightseeing etc with everything futher away. Breakfast and dinner selection was somewhat limited but nice food. Prakash the waiter served with care and efficiency. At the Spa on one of the nights there was no one there at the reception to take queries as the one and only therapist was engaged with an appointment! So what does one do wait for hours to be atteneded to? As a sign suggested i left a message for a call back for an appointment, but got none.
