Good location, good staff

We were pleasantly surprised by the level of service in this hotel. The rooms are clean and cozy, with a beautiful view from the window of the garden and the sea. And some rooms need repair and replacement of curtains. The staff is very attentive and always ready to help. Breakfasts are delicious and varied, and the location of the hotel is very convenient in the center of the island.

The dump at the turn to the hotel spoils it a bit. Otherwise, I liked everything. The reception at the reception was nice, the room was good. They explained everything clearly, where to get bikes, where the store is 1 minute from the hotel. The sea is great, the entrance is shallow, good for children. Just a little walk and good depth. There are a lot of fish near the rocks, it is interesting to dive with a mask.

We were guests at this resort for several weeks. The location is excellent, a very beautiful beach and the bungalows are on a nice hillside. Some of the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant has a beautiful sea view and the breakfast is OK. There are cute cats and dogs and frogs as well as some other animals. You can get a good massage right on the beach and rent good kayaks to go a bit along the beautiful coast. The bungalows come in different categories and are mostly in a quiet location. There is still quite a lot of nature. Restaurants, bars, diving schools and a grocery store can also be reached on foot. We would like to come back next year if we get a good deal for a longer stay.

Excellent hotel, with a good location, we were there for 2 nights, that's not enough, at least 5 days, the breakfasts are excellent, the staff is polite, and the sea is of unprecedented beauty!❤️

The room is quite old and not clean. Breakfast is good, but the a la carte dinner is quite expensive.

a-na-lay has a great location, a great clean beach, good opportunities for snorkeling (from the beach). Breakfast was very good, as was the food. We had a bungalow with a garden view -- forgettable. Not recommended. No closet, no coat hangers. We lived out of the travel bag, which was on the floor. Flashlight required for the last 10 m!!

Unfortunately, in Thailand you can easily get into legal trouble if you give negative reviews. That's why I won't give a review.

A wonderful hotel on the seashore, beautiful and clean, everyone is friendly, the service is 100 points, I recommend 👍
