Four Points by Sheraton Seattle Airport South Reviews

The hotel boasts an excellent location, offering a free airport shuttle service that gets you to the airport in just 15 minutes. We arrived before check-in, but the front desk staff was very helpful and allowed us to store our luggage, so we were able to take the light rail to Pike Place Market. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. It's a fantastic option for a trip with friends or family.

The hotel offers airport pick-up service, and it's a 15-minute drive to the hotel. You just need to call them from the airport shuttle waiting area. Breakfast is à la carte and quite good. There's also an Indian restaurant on the first floor that's decent. The room facilities are relatively new, clean, and tidy. It's located in the south of the city, quite a distance from the city center and outlets.

The soundproofing is really poor. I could hear the water pipes whenever someone upstairs used the water, and it was quite noisy.

Bedding was suspect… hold the comforter up to the light and you could see numerous dark spots which I believe to be mold.  Loud noises like I was next to the laundry room.  Subpar

Since the flight was canceled, the airline arranged a hotel for us. It was 6 miles from the airport and had a shuttle bus service, so it was quite convenient. The room was quite large, and the front desk staff were very friendly. The breakfast at the American restaurant on the first floor was to our liking, but the dinner we ordered wasn't to our taste, which was a waste of our meal voucher. There was also an Indian restaurant, but we didn't try it this time.

I highly recommend it. It is very close to the airport. It takes about 10 minutes by taxi and cost $35. There is a hotel shuttle available, so you can use it. The shuttle bus is large and very nice, and the driver was very friendly. The lobby and front desk are clean, and the facilities are modern, so I think both the staff and guests will like it. I arrived late at night, so I am not sure if the staff were friendly. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that, but the coffee and tea next to the elevator were of good quality. It offers great value for money, and the bedding, bathroom, and carpet were very clean.

It's alright, considered good value for money near the airport. But that's typical of American hotels; it's clean, though.

It is fine for a one-night stay, but it falls short if you plan to stay for several days.
