The old man at the check-in desk had a mediocre attitude and was always sullen! He was also very stubborn. He had to fill in all the information, including the zip code, home address, and room number. It was particularly annoying! He also asked everyone to report their points one by one, as if he was afraid that there would be more people checking in! The efficiency was very slow! It was inconvenient to not have slippers and not fill the toiletries in time.

The hotel's foyer is impressive and particularly beautifully decorated around Christmas time with the large Christmas tree. The wellness area is well maintained, but unfortunately quite small. The breakfast buffet was a big disappointment this time, as the quality of the food on offer was far below the level of similar hotels in Austria. My room on the 6th floor was large, but somewhat sp****ly furnished.

Didn’t think much of the place but enjoyed our stay very much. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. We felt like we were right at home! Rarely do I get that feeling while traveling. Rooms are very clean and spacious. When going back home often memories of our stay here put a smile on my face.

We've stayed here a few times in the last ten years. The furniture has not changed. The couch/bed was way passed it's prime and threadbare in spots. Lumpy and difficult to get comfortable. Plumbing is also noisy. Don't get a room close to the lifts, you'll hear everything people are saying. And they are charging for tea and coffee in your room. That's minus a star for me. Spa is still nice and it's clean. The food is agreeable but the staff have a habit of swooping down and taking plates and cutlery while you're eating. Very disruptive while you are eating and talking in my opinion.

Nicely arranged, very clean hotel. We missed utensils in the room, given that each room has its own kitchen. We were disturbed by the noise, as the TV was on all night in the next room and we could hear it. In addition, there is a road next to it and you can hear the noise of vehicles, so it is difficult to sleep. The food is pretty monotonous. A few days is fine, but if you are there all week, you get bored. The wellness center looks big on the photos, but it is quite small, as the hotel is very busy and crowded

We spent here only one night and booked with breakfast, dinner, and garage. There were big pros and cons during our stay, starting with the parking system. Finding the garage is a challenge and parking could even more so, as the have tiny dark spots between walls and pillars (this, for a surcharge of EUR 12 per night). We booked a higher room category located on the top floor. The room was spacious and the bathroom was alright, but walls and floors looked shabby with lot of stains and dirt that were there for who knows how long. It was not a matter of cleanliness, as the rooms were perfectly clean, but rather maintenance issues. Talking of which, the fan of the heating system kept turning on and off in about every few second, which was extremely annoying (especially in the night), therefore, we had to turn it completely off, resulting in a cool room and being exposed to all kind of noise from the corridor, as isolation is almost non-existing and we could hear every single word from outside, including the lobby music. The bed was comfy and the view was nice though. The highlight, however, was the food. Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious with plenty of selection (also for vegetarians). Overall, the value fine, but compared to the price we paid, at best average. It is definitely not a 4-star niveau, but it is mainly due to the maintenance. Location is also great (few minutes walk away from the thermal lake).

The hotel has a good location, few minutes walk away from thermal lake Hévíz. Shops, pharmacy are close by. Unfortunately we had a problem with our booking via **********. Rooms are okay, our room was on the 1st floor, over the restaurant, because of this it was very noisy at early morning and during dinner time. For one of us the bed was not long enough (if you are over 190 cm), blankets are short too. The hotel environment and room furniture have the 80's style. It has a continental breakfast with enough options, scrambled eggs could be better. Caffé / bar has nice cocktails and cakes. Staff was friendly, at the reception could be better. Spa was nice with the pool and jacuzzi, two different saunas and steam room, open longer on the weekend. The hotel is dog friendly with water and food bowl at the entrance. The parking garage has small parking space for bigger cars.

The bathroom smelled bad. The staff was friendly and helpful. Outside parking is a disaster. The guy that owns the parking lot is a ****. Külső parkolás katasztrófa. A parkoló tulajdonosa barátságtalan és durva.

Hotel is clean and food ok but it's not a good value for money, you gotta pay for parking, we tried to book treatment around 3 PM but we were told blatantly to return next dat at 7 am, felt unfriendly and staff isn't that interested for you to have your treatments, seem like they dont really want to work. I'd not return.
Response from Property: Dear Guest, thank you for your opinion, we are really sorry that you were not fully satisfied with our services. Unfortunately we can not check now what happened during your stay but we drew our colleagues attention to the situation. We wish you all the best and good health!

We stayed at the hotel 2 nights. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The meals in the restaurant were good. Only negative were the beds were uncomfortable and our room faced to the east and the curtains did not block out the early morning sun very well.

The hotel itself was quite nice. Unfortunately the parking guard ruined our whole experience and our entire weekend. We arrived later in the evening and parked in an outside parking lot - with no markings or numbers. The next morning we left and returned in the late afternoon and parked in another unmarked spot. After arriving at the hotel we went to the pool. Then the parking guard comes to the pool and starts pointing & yelling for me to come out of the pool - in front of all the guests - and repark the car because I didn’t park in the same (unmarked) spot that I parked in late the last night in the dark. I am standing there, dripping wet & this guy is yelling at me - how dare I park in another spot. And to come out and repark the car. Of course I didn’t. At no time did the hotel inform us that we were allowed to park in only this one spot and no other. Later in the evening he again started yelling not only at me but also at my fiancé, trying to use a stupid argument that I do not go into someone else’s room either. No. I do not. But the room has a number and a key. The parking space had neither. Then he yelled at me - why did I leave the parking lot and how is he supposed to know the we want to leave? Why am I - a paying guest - supposed to ask permission from the parking guard to use my car? Stay away from this hotel if possible! They ruined our entire weekend.
Response from Property: Dear Guest, thank you for your opinion. We are very sorry that you had the above mentioned problem with parking. The parking lot does not belong to the hotel, it is a private parking place, so the owner of the place is not our colleague. We asked the owner of the place not to make such mistake in the future, because our staff is doing his best to make the guest's holiday as nice as possible. Sorry once again for the problem.
