Got it! Here's a casual take: The hotel room is huge and come with free mini bar! Check-in/out was smoother than my coffee order, no cap. Defs coming back next time. 10/10 vibes

The location and amenities are perfect, however the cleanliness is awful.

Convenient location, and the infinity pool was amazing! We happened to be there for Singapore's 60th anniversary, so we got to see the air show from the pool – it was spectacular. Enjoyed a beer with my kids, leaning by the edge and taking in the panoramic views. Absolutely beautiful!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right at the doorstep of S.E.A. Aquarium, Universal Studios, and the MRT station, all just a 5-minute walk away. If you're visiting these attractions on Sentosa Island, staying here couldn't be more convenient. Each floor has a huge water dispenser providing both drinking water and ice, which is fantastic – no need to buy bottled water at all! Plus, there's an electric kettle in the room, which you can easily sanitize before using. The beds at this hotel are incredibly comfortable. Especially for families with kids, booking a 'twin room' is more cost-effective than a 'king room'. You can ask the hotel to push the two beds together, eliminating the need for an extra bed. When combined, the beds become truly 'vast' – super huge! Kids can roll around freely without bumping into you. We had an amazing sleep all three nights! Highly recommended!

The hotel facilities are a bit old and there were ants. However, the location is excellent; it's within walking distance to Universal Studios and Ocean Park. There are also many dining options nearby, which is very convenient.

A perfect location when I need to attend a function at Vivo City. Also a good place for ****** visit and Universal Studios. Highly recommended for family travel.

I originally wanted to book the Shangri-La but couldn't get a room, so I switched to this hotel instead. It's also very good, being on Sentosa Island. The rooms, cleanliness, and dining are all excellent. It's right next to Universal Studios and the monorail station, making transportation incredibly convenient.

What a good trip, the Sentosa Casxnx service crew is better than malaysia.

The waiting time to check in was a little long, but checkout was quick and smooth. Complimentary breakfast was at a different hotel connected to Hotel Michael, but a bit of a walk. Very close to USS and the Sentosa beaches are within walking distance.

Hotel Michael is one of the several hotels within the resort. They are all walking distance from each other and from Universal Studios. This tends to be the cheapest among the other Resorts World. We had dinner outside the hotel since we didn’t fancy the cuisines offered by the restaurants at the hotel. I encountered some problems when booking directly on their website, so I ended up booking through Trip. This was the easiest. Fortunately, this concern got us complimentary breakfast. The location for the hotel breakfast was not the most convenient—from Hotel Michael you have to walk towards the other hotel, Hotel Ora. Other than that, the hospitable staff makes up for it.

It was a wonderful stay, but it feels subordinate to Hotel Ora with a proper lobby. It would be better if it had aircon in its lobby.

Nice services from your staffs and they are very helpful and polite. They handled problems quickly and politely. Very nice experience.

The room was nice, with an old-school resort vibe. The minibar was complimentary, and we even got a free extra hour for late check-out. They also helped us with water park tickets. Both the front desk and concierge staff were very friendly. Breakfast was a bit of a walk, but there were plenty of options and the food tasted good. Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark: It was great, much less crowded than the domestic parks. The wave pool had waves every ten minutes, and the kids couldn't stop playing!

Excellent stay. Was worth the cost. Free tickets to universal and waterpark sealed the deal. Breakfast was good with many options and many fresh items made to order. Room was spacious with all the amenities and free mini bar. Design is impeccable. Nice touches and accoutrements. Marble floor in bathroom and beautiful tile shower. Service was exceptional.
