Resorts World Sentosa-Hotel Michael Reviews

The waiting time to check in was a little long, but checkout was quick and smooth. Complimentary breakfast was at a different hotel connected to Hotel Michael, but a bit of a walk. Very close to USS and the Sentosa beaches are within walking distance.

Hotel Michael is one of the several hotels within the resort. They are all walking distance from each other and from Universal Studios. This tends to be the cheapest among the other Resorts World. We had dinner outside the hotel since we didn’t fancy the cuisines offered by the restaurants at the hotel. I encountered some problems when booking directly on their website, so I ended up booking through Trip. This was the easiest. Fortunately, this concern got us complimentary breakfast. The location for the hotel breakfast was not the most convenient—from Hotel Michael you have to walk towards the other hotel, Hotel Ora. Other than that, the hospitable staff makes up for it.

Excellent stay. Was worth the cost. Free tickets to universal and waterpark sealed the deal. Breakfast was good with many options and many fresh items made to order. Room was spacious with all the amenities and free mini bar. Design is impeccable. Nice touches and accoutrements. Marble floor in bathroom and beautiful tile shower. Service was exceptional.

The room is bigger than expected. Pretty clean and had a good sleep on a very comfortable bed. It also includes complimentary mini bar, which we love! There was even a surprise for us in the evening when we received chocolate via room service. The promotion is great as it includes the Halloween horror night (HHN) and adventure cove park. The hotel is located close the USS which is a plus point after the late night fun at HHN. The breakfast could have a better selection of food but it is still good. Overall, it was a good deal and a lovely hotel:)

The service is amazing, and the amenities are great. The only thing is that we have to go to another venue for our breakfast. Other than that, everything else is amazing

First of all, the location is the reason why I picked this hotel; Of course, the complimentary mini bar and gifts for kids are the bonus. Your hotel colleagues are super nice and gave us a very clear advices during our stay. The pool was great and cozy, the location for 3 main attractions are super close (all less than 10 mins walk away from our hotel) plus the monorail is also less than 10mins walk, the next station is Vivocity that only less than 10 mins ride with plenty of everything to spend your day. However, we are lack of the food options nearby Hotel Michael, especially only few restaurants available after 20:00 is a boomer (we were tired and starving after left the Universal Studio, which closed at 20:00): no food court, no containers food, only few decent restaurants are still open. One of my strongest bad feeling is even we want to go to the Vivocity for food, the queue at 20:15 was like a mile long that made us out of more options. (one more thing: the lobby smells like sewer mix with perfume on second day (Aug 1st), when we first arrived was totally normal. Please kindly look into and resolve it asap) Thank you.

Amazing comfort, spacious and cleanliness. Also staff are extremely courteous and prompt to service. Only issue is when request quiet room, it's not so quiet when there are screaming children on corridor and alot of vaccuming, TV noise from the other room were Rampant.

Everything is good, especially with trip.com deal. Due to renovation, too little food options. Majority are too expensive from big family.
