Brilliant spot, amazing accommodation. The rooms were lovely and had everything we needed. The pool was divine. Great idea to have 2 separate pools to ensure adequate access for all guests. Breaky buffet was delish. Cocktails also amazing. Easy walk to the beach, markets, Bangla walking street, and everything inbetween. Only downside is there isnt enough sun lounges by the pool as many people go out early and reserve them with towels, leaving it difficult for people who are actually jn the pool to use them.

Stunning hotel, spa on site is very nice, staff are super helpful. Room was perfect for my needs and location was great, I could walk to the beach in minutes and Jungceylon was also a short walk away. Will definitely stay here next time

This is such a welcoming hotel! Every single person, from the front desk staff to all other service personnel, and even the fellow guests we encountered, was incredibly warm, friendly, and polite. What's more, everyone at the hotel, both staff and guests, genuinely loves children. This was our third stay here, and just like the previous two times, it truly felt like coming home. Our room was very comfortable, ensuring we had wonderful sleep every night. Our child particularly enjoyed the hotel's pool table, making sure to play there daily. The location is also fantastic, being very close to Patong Beach. We had a fantastic few days here, and our little one was quite reluctant to leave when it was time to head home. We've already promised to bring him back again very soon!

Very nice hotel, well located, very clean, friendly staff, very good breakfast buffet! Mini bar re-filled every day for free!! Have booked for 5 nights and just extended my stay for 9 days!! A minute walk to the beach! Definitely highly recommended!!!

The Burasari is an absolutely exceptional hotel. Location is superb. We booked the mood room and it was one of the best rooms I'd stayed in all of Thailand. Massive balcony, supremely comfortable bed, the bathroom was amazing with a massive spa bath. We absolutely loved our stay here. My only problem being that we were 2nd floor and almost every night, the tuktuks with insane stereos were blasting music from 6pm till 6am randomly as they drove past. The room has double windows and doors facing the street but it still wsnt enough to stop the bass beats. Also, one time we ordered room service, it took 2hrs to arrive which is completely unacceptable. Other than that I cannot fault this place. The pools are amazing and even the 2nd floor rooms have an outdoor day bed with mosquito nets overlooking the pool. Just a lovely hotel. Would definitely stay again!!

The hotel is just stone throw distance to patong beach and about 20 min walk to Junceylon mall, swimming pool is big and nice, hotel room is clean and spacious

It was a nice hotel stay was good the location was superb just 2 things which i found irritating 1. There was only one lift in the entire hotel which is very inconvenient 2. The bed was not good very shaky

TLDR: DO NOT STAY HERE — IT IS A DISGUSTING HOTEL!!!! I stayed in several types of rooms at this hotel (because each room had issues) and I can confidentially say all of the rooms are terrible. More details below. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely not a 4 star hotel - more like a BAD 3 star. My first night I was in the standard hotel room, the room had cockroaches and mysterious gross yellow stains on the sheets! I complained but they said they were all sold out and couldn’t do anything until the morning when a new room opened (I got in late, so had no choice but to stay there that night). Second night, they offered a deep clean of the room - I said absolutely not and I wanted my money back and to cancel my stay. They said I couldn’t b/c I had booked through trip.com and that I would have to fight it with them (important detail, remember for later)… I was in tears and other guests were looking at us, and so they gave me a slightly better room, but I had to wait from 8am - 2pm for it. So I was shower-less, wandering the streets until they could give me my new hotel room. I got in and room #2 had a AC leak problem. I’m talking puddles of water on the floor. It took the technician an hour to fix (meanwhile they let in several mosquitos that bite me all night)… only for me to wake at 4am to the sounds of dripping water… the AC was leaking again. I complained again, and they said they would move me to an even better room, the honeymoon suite. I said I didn’t want that, I just wanted my money back, they said no again, but this time they drafted a document offering me the upgraded room and a massage, and asked that I sign that I would not try to get money back from Trip.com if I accepted these offers. I said absolutely not. I called trip.com, who said do not sign anything as trip.com was still fighting my case for a refund. Trip.com said that the hotel legally has to give me another room w/o me signing anything. So legally the hotel still had to give me the room but took away the massage b/c I wouldn’t sign the document. The Honeymoon suite was also not that good. It needs renovations and is 100% not worth the price they charge for it. Weeks later Trip.com is still fighting my case, and despite me NOT signing the document the manager (I believe her name is Devi) lied to Trip.com and said I accepted a room upgrade + massage so the case is not valid for a refund. Good thing I didn’t sign the document, because there is no proof of such a thing. I got word today that this hotel won’t even answer Trip.com’s communications so they themselves are refunding partial of my stay (I have pictures to prove my terrible stay so they cannot deny the issues i’ve had). Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT book here. It is a terrible hotel. Truly disgusting and awful.

The service was excellent! All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. The food at the hotel was great, and the pool and bar was very nice. The hotel offers happy hour every day which is a really nice perk.

We recently stayed at Burasari Phuket for three nights and had a truly wonderful experience. We had booked two Elite Pool View rooms, and although we were initially assigned corner rooms with no real pool view, the staff were incredibly courteous and accommodating, and promptly shifted us to proper pool-facing rooms without any hassle. The rooms themselves were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a large balcony featuring a cozy, bed-style sit-out overlooking the pool—perfect for relaxing with a drink or reading a book. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently warm, helpful, and attentive, which really enhanced our stay. We also indulged in the hotel’s spa services, which were absolutely top-notch. Highly professional and incredibly relaxing—a definite highlight of our trip! The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of hearty and delicious options to suit all tastes. We also enjoyed drinks at the pool bar, which had an impressive collection of cocktails and a fun, tropical vibe. The food overall was excellent, both in taste and presentation. One of the standout features of Burasari is its proximity to the beach—just a 2-minute walk! The hotel even provides a beach basket free of charge, thoughtfully packed with towels, slippers, a mat, and an umbrella—making your beach visit effortless and enjoyable. Another bonus: the complimentary minibar, restocked daily, which includes beers you can take to the beach. All in all, Burasari offers a complete vacation experience—great location, amazing amenities, and truly hospitable service. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket!

Location is good and near to beach . Nice swimming pool . Just keep walk around 100-200m then can see beach . Breakfast was fine too. According price this hotel is fine
